L J5I’ve been dealing with this branch since 2016 for my business. In that time they have always tried their best to take care of me and have given me a heads up when they saw problems on the horizon with items like the change shortage or maybe they were having computer problems. They would even call my store and let me know they were closing early on a couple of occasions where I wasn’t paying attention to the holiday schedule posted so that I could adjust and get my deposits in and get any change I needed for my business. They also do not charge my employees a fee to cash their paychecks there. They’re no different than any other bank or business one may deal with in that they have their problems but they’re usually minor and taken in stride since it’s not a common event.

Adventures Only1Do not use this bank unless your in the low income class. I’ve banked with academy bank for over a year, almost 2 years now and my account was closed for absolutely no reason. My account was in very good standing as I own a registered business in town. I was sent an email with a few days to clear out my account and a number to call if I had any questions. Of course I called the number and the lady on the other end told me she couldn’t tell me anything wrong with my account and that they just decided not to do business with me. Complete joke of a banking business and I’ll gladly gladly take my business elsewhere.

Marc Williams5The employees here are always willing to help and friendly. Even during COVID with the lobby closed I was able to get top notch service. Opened an account and got a new debt card in 20 minutes. Every time I return questions are answered I get great service!!!

Riley Burgess5Is my favorite branch to use. Tellers and managers are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to assist me. The drive through is convenient and I use the ATM there a few times a week.

Mary Schilz5Being frantic that my debit card was compromised, I went to this branch (closest to my rural home 3 hours away) and was greeted by a calming voice as the lobby was closed because of Covid. The calming voice belonged to Johnathon, an employee of the branch. He was INCREDIBLE!! Not only did he reassure me that he could help, he also personally guided me to the drive-thru and took care of my business that needed attention. I can't thank him enough for personally taking the time and care to resolve my issues. On a side note, the fact that the bank's "Fraud Alert" center contacted me before I would have known is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you for being so effeciant!! I highly recommend because of my experience!

Savanna Usunalele1!!!WARNING!!!! I highly highly recommend staying away from Academy Bank ( space center dr) I have only lived in Colorado for a few month so maybe this isn’t a shocker. Anyways I wanted to share my experience. I have had issues with this bank for about 2 months but last Wednesday I went and tried to deposit money into the ATM, due to the line being pretty long to go through the teller. Anyways I deposited my money and then all of a sudden the atm spit the money all back to me. I then waited to have the teller deposit my money... i then realized that I was missing $60. I told the teller that the machine didn’t give me back all of my money and I was missing $60. She asked if I was sure...( of course I was sure, I wouldn’t say I was if I wasn’t.) she then told me there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak with the manager but he wasn’t there. I’ve been going back and forth with talking to the customer service and the manager and still they haven’t fixed my issue. Oh and they couldn’t even verify me having an account there for about 45 mins when I called customer service! Just please beware... this is crazy and I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE trusting money with them!!!!

Amanda Williams1If you need help, have a simple question, or want to have an account you should go to a different bank. The employees do not have the mental capacity to help with anything, and are too busy on social media to understand how good customer service works. Maybe I was there on an off day for them but based on the attitude of the 6 employees behind the counter I will never be back.

Des Bur1Used their atm, their atm did not process and give me my money. But it withdrew from my checking account and now I have to wait ten days to get my money back. Rude customer service about the whole situation.

Chemical Wonderland3What's up with these new hours? Closed at 5pm now, and not open at all on the weekends?? I chose this bank because they used to have extended hours, how am I supposed to ever get to the bank if you're closed by the time I'm off work??
