  My husband and I, as well as my parents, have had our accounts with Academy Bank for years, many years. We have worked closely with Sherri and Bobbie over those years. They have been so helpful, answered any questions and have walked us through any issues we have had, making us feel valued. We are happy that there have been the same friendly faces at Academy Bank.   I have been a member of academy Bank for 8 years now, I remember when there was only handful of locations in our area and now they're everywhere. There's one specific location I like to deal with and the gals over there Sherrie and Bobbie have always been great to me if it's making deposits withdrawals banking resolutions always been great

  I always have such friendly tellers and everything gets done quickly and efficiently. The location in 151st and Blackbob in Olathe, KS is my favorite location to go to!

  I talked to customer service over the phone to ask if the S Blackbob location in Olathe were able to accept my loose coins they advised me they could but when I got to the location of course the story changes. They don't have a coin counter and wouldn't accept them unrolled. Where is the miscommunication? It would have been nice to know before I made the pointless drive.

  Great Bank with the feel of the small town individual services that is missing in the huge banks that your just one of the masses. I love walking into the bank and they know me. Great friendly service that is highly skilled in banking knowledge and competitive rates.

  Wow I just called Academy Bank main number to ask why a location was closed. Was transferred twice no one could answer the question. They kept putting me on hold. Was on with them for 28 minutes. All the lady could say was I understand your frustration. Not impressed. Will be switching banks

  Wish I could give zero stars for my first time visiting this branch. I sat in the drive- thru thru as the only car in the drive-thru for fifteen minutes. I hit the help button and that didn't help. Nedless to say this has been my bank for over twenty years but visiting this branch made me rethink where I will bank in the future.
