  I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristie M. Logsdon at Abound Credit Union. From the beginning, she put me at ease about the process and made me feel as though I were her only client during our interactions. Her customer service throughout was second-to-none. I believe her efficiency and timeliness contributed to an exponential change in my quality of life.   Megan Rock, assistant branch manager, was very helpful and very friendly! She was able to to assist me with my notary and making my debit bank card readily available for me to use. I was in and out in a timely manner!

  I wanted to share our extremely positive experience with Nikki and Abound Credit Union. My son opened his first bank account with her, and the whole process went so well, hassle free, and was straightforward. We immediately felt welcomed and we were greeted on a personal level. She met all our needs plus more. Definitely went above and beyond for my son and that allows me to feel relief that his banking needs will be met on a prominent level for a really long time! Thank you so much! I totally recommend this bank for their great banking offers, and world class customer service!

  Megan Rock at ACU helped me achieve what I thought would have been impossible. She has helped me through out the whole process with my HELOC. I would definitely recommend.

  Seriously had a bank representative tell me to cashapp myself after being drug around for two weeks trying to move my own money to a different institution. For being in 2022, they sure do move money like it's the poney express, at this point walking the cash to new York would have been easier.

  Megan was super friendly and got my new checking and savings account set up very quick and efficiently and I was able to leave with my debit card in hand thanks to their ability to print them on site.

  You might want to review employees you allow to drive your vehicles. A little before 8:45 this morning in the turn into McDonald's, a dark blue Abound van passed me on the left as I was turning left, and proceeded to drive the wrong way into a parking space. It appeared to be a female. Surely this isn't the image Abound wants to project! I happen to be an Abound member, but if I weren't, this behavior by an Abound employee would certainly not inspire me to join!
