  Abby Hardin has secured 4 loans for me in the past 5 years. They were difficult investment property loans where Abby was a great problem solver and found options that I didn’t know existed. She is extremely responsive… I love working with a broker versus a bank as she doesn’t just stop at 5pm and sometimes sends emails nights and weekends to expedite portions of the loan. Abby has an all around great demeanor and highly suggest using Able Financial to purchase or refi. Tonya, their loan processor is great to work with as well.

  James and Abby at Able financial, we’re not only prompt and on top of a very complicated loan, they were able to refinance my loan with an awesome investor loan that I am now taking advantage of, if you are looking to refinance and don’t know where to go, I assure you Abby and James will take good care of you, they answer the phones, text back and email back within minutes, there’s nothing they can’t do, they had more that one option for me and advise me in the right direction. I give them all the stars and hope to do business again with them.

  Able Financial was able to get us a great interest rate, and Abby was very responsive to our many questions as we went through the process. Although we missed the first deadline on our lock, they reversed the fee charged to extend it and got us to our closing on time.

  Do not allow this company to rip you off like they did me. From several delays on closing due to Abby forgetting to schedule the appraisal, to not getting the information from me for underwriting at the beginning of the loan process. Able Financial locked me in at a percentage rate of 6.225% where I can't refinance or do anything for one year without a hefty penalty and all of this was presented to me at the closing where I could do nothing except sign the settlement statement. There was no communication between James Hardin the owner nor his wife Abby the senior loan officer regarding this, it was all a lousy surprise. There are many other loan companies that will look out for you rather than sticking it to you!
