Metz Canyon Construction1So Rude. The people on the phone and in person . Once I was asked by a customer service lady to drive to the office to pay my bill in person, I was late and had been in the hospital for 9 days. When I get there , the lady is so rude asking who I talked to on the phone. Then she told me to mail the payment. I looked at my envelope, and it was the exact address I was standing in, suite # and all. I asked her if she was really asking me to go outside , Put this in a mail box, and let the post man carry it in a circle ? Also. Have never once had decent customer service. So rude. Once I was actually Lied too. Have had nothing but problems. Once they “Accidentally” double charged everyone !! How does once accidentally double a payment on thousand of accounts. I give this company a -1. Chase sold our loan to them with no warning or reason for us.

Nick Schenk1The worse. Will be contacting the state financial on them. Pay my mortgage 8 months up front and the guy said ok, we'll talk to you in 8 months then they send me a bill the next month! When I contacted them the man said I never talked to you before, but I know it was him. I call back and talk to a lady this time and she admitted she seen my call log and the previous payment but says they can't fix it I have to continue making payments.

Kim Christianson1Totally incompetent company . They buy mortgages but have no Idea how to act like a mortgage company they treat everyone like a two bit debt collector which is their roots. They keep requesting proof of property insurance payment that has never lapsed , now a declaration page. I have never had to personally provide this information and have had mortgages sine 1982. The first month after they purchased my loan they called me and accused me of being in default and wanted to know why? I had made payment and it had cleared on time never late. What's wrong with these people. I'm going to refinance to get away from them they are harassing me for NO reason. Too bad you can't post with zero stars they don't deserve a single one

Grazia Ruskin1An appalling business with deceitful practices. For ten months, they have returned every payment I've sent them with a standardardized letter stating "we are returning your payment because it's not enough to bring your account current." Late fees galore but that is the least concerning of my issues. On Monday, I called them after receiving yet another returned payment. By some stroke of luck, I actually connected with a live person. I explained I needed to understand why all my payments are being returned and to have a way to get them my mortgage payment each month that was reliable. During this call, the rep informed me, "your account is in active foreclosure with a sell date of October 3rd because you're 10 months behind." I dropped to my knees in disbelief and panic and fear and more. Later that afternoon, I received mail from Statebridge attorneys confirming what the rep had told me. I now have two weeks...TWO WEEKS...to figure out how to save my house. I have now found literally hundreds of negative reviews where so many consumers are sharing their nightmare situations as a result of having had their mortgage sold to Statebridge. Please??? Who can help us??? Class action law suit is a must! They are truly destroying people's lives. I am so saddened to now be faced with a possible foreclosure of the home I'm raising my daughter's in. This is such an injustice and I'm so sorry for all the others who have fallen prey to their deceit. If anyone who reads this can help put a stop to them once and for all, please help us!

Sharon Simpson1This is a terrible mortgage company. The crazy thing about it is I do not know where they came from. I have not lived in the property they are reporting late payments and fail to pay for 6 months in 2018 and I moved out of the property in 2016. What is going on and it was with another mortgage company. I have been trying to call them and my mortgage lender has also and we are unable to reach anyone. Their hours on their website say until 8pm and we have attempted calls all day. I have disputed over and over on my credit report and now I am going to retain an attorney. This is crazy.

Astonida Draper1Horrible..... Horrible ... Horrible Mortgage Company. It's a shame to the customer that your mortgage gets transferred to a different mortgage company without NO CUSTOMER consent. I understand that this is common business practice. But then the CUSTOMER has to deal with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! When you call, the hold time is beyond 25 to 30 minutes. You leave contact information for a call back. The call isn't returned for 3 to 4 business days. Management should call in the customer service line and see how it feel to hold forever. Also management should be on the customer service call to hear customer complaints. You all should not take on these loans if you can't handle and service the loans properly.

Kristin McGuire Pacheco1Can I give them NO STARS!!? The absolute WORST mortgage company EVER. Glitches in payment processing, false late payment credit reporting. Takes weeks to get any help even a payoff letter. PLEASE BEWARE! They need to be reported.

Jeremiah Siuda1Horrible communication unable to take calls my loan was sold to this batch of incompetence with a small balance left and these people are holding my checks and doing every underhanded thing to not allow me to close the account or pay it in full. I have received late notices for amounts that do not match the prior months statements. I have perfect payment history on my credit report and these people are trying to ruin that too. I have reported them to the Feds stay away from this company if possible

Mindy Moore1My mortgage was sold to Statebridge. It has been an absolute nightmare!! In the past 4 days, I have called three times and waited over 20 minutes each and never reached anyone. I then had to press 1 to leave a voicemail. Still, I have not received a call back. They make it impossible to take care of your mortgage. If they don't want to answer the phone, at least make it easier to pay online without being charged!! Horrible horrible horrible company.

Elisa Dyer1Took 45 minutes for them to answer a simple question. Most of which was spent on hold. Unhappy they do not take electronic payments from my bank....seriously!? And they charged me late fees because of it. I can use their electronic payment for a $5 fee. Who does that? For a company trying to make money, they sure make it hard to make a payment. I think they go out of their way to make people late on their payment so that they can charge late fees. So unethical. Thanks for selling my loan Chase!
