Jeff Brown1What a lousy experience. I went in with my elderly mother to have my name added to her account to help her manage money. After asking me countless marketing questions like where I work, how much money I make each year, where else I bank, my average balances I keep on those accounts, etc they tell me they can’t add me to the account because my father (who is on a nursing home) is not present. We had made an advance appointment to get this done. The account title was clear. Not only was there no mention of this at the time we made the appt., but they also didn’t mention it when we showed up without him. They made us go through an entirely unnecessary (on many levels) process, collecting an abundance of unnecessary personal information before telling us they can’t add me to the account We will be moving the accounts to Keybank.

Neza Sarkari1Very limited staff on site- only one teller and long line of customers. Slow service. Still has covid hours and blames covid for less banking hours and limited staff. The irony is no one was wearing masks and masks weren't required which is fine now. But then you can't blame COVID for the poor service.

Megan Oshel5I have been having a very difficult time getting my name changed on my Chase credit card for the past 18 months, and was told by a friend to visit this location. I drove across town and was told they could schedule an appointment to help me at a later date. When I expressed that I have been trying to get my name changed for over a year and drove across town for this specific location, the branch manager took me to her desk, jumped on the phone and got the deal done for me. My review is not for Chase as a company, but for the branch manager at this location. She could tell how aggravated I was and took it upon herself to make sure my problem was resolved, even though she was about to leave for the evening.

W K5I went in yesterday hit a snag with an ATM deposit, machine froze up and spit out a receipt with s 1-800 number to call . I went in asked Gabe at the counter what does this mean? He directed me to Scott the relationship banker he quickly got on the phone says you will see a credit on your account today for the money you deposited. No credit shows up later so I go back to the bank spoke with Scott again today he shows how much he values his career and is always willing to go the extra mile for Chase Customers he got back on the phone with ATM company and held them accountable for the fact they told us the previous day. I left the bank with the deposit credited to my account and a satisfied Coustomer! Thank you dedicated workers at Chase Bank!

Justin LeVake1Would have given a zero stars if one was not required. Received some of the worst customer service ever. Went to set up an account because if their awesome offers, even told the banker that's why I was there, and never asked for a coupon or told how to get one. So after calling every customer service line and talking to the branch manager to see if there was anything I could do, I was told I was S.O.L. and could close the accounts if I wanted to but nothing would change.

Scott greeted us right away and was willing to go out of his way to help us with our forms. Thank you for a wonderful experience! !

Jon Slack5Just stopped in to move some money around. Got to work with Hope and Anu (probably spelled wrong I’m sorry). There was a small issue that they both were super calm and professional in reviewing with me. Super friendly and convenient to access!

Owen Baucom3Some weirdo was taking pictures of me walking in and out of this branch at about 4 pm. When I attempted to approach him he drove away, ignoring me. Liscense was 459-tka or 451-tka, cannot remember entirely. Black ford escape or similar. If you see him, thats probably an issue, maybe ask him why he's acting so odd and why he might be so intersted in others financial habits. Just a very disconcerting experience, figured I'd make it known.
