  I’m speechless I thought the process was going to be a nightmare. My wife and I are first time home buyer. Abby my Lender made it so easy for us during the process, it was intense during the pandemic and the housing market. And also because we are busy juggling life, family and work and on top ,searching for a new home for our family gets pretty intense because we all want perfection when it comes to family. Abby My Lender is great, BEST IN THE CLASS. Abby took care of me and my wife thru the whole process making sure everything went smooth as it can be.   Abby is the one to call when it comes to any Mortgage/ Refinance concerns! A few months back we had a plan to refinance when the perfect moment arrived. The perfect moment arrived and she didn't forget about me. She was there to assist with any information I needed to make the process three times easier. I am a very very picky individual who has thousands of questions/concerns and wants every document to be explained in detail. She definitely puts the customers first.   Abby was the best. I don't have any experience with Mortgage lenders but she set the bar pretty high. She was very helpful, no matter how small a question was she was always available to answer. When we applied originally she gave us options for the loans that better benefitted us. At the end she waited for us to lock our rates and we got the best possible interest rate. If/When I buy another house or refinance I will definitely go back to her.

  Abby is the greatest ever! She is so responsive, patient and explained everything to us. My husband and I are first time buyers and we wanted to refinance, but we had heard horror stories about how messy it can be. We were reluctant to start the process.   My experience with Abby Ayala is One word “Excellent”. This was the 2nd time refinancing with Abby both times have been smooth and fast. We started on 09/01/20, and as of 09/23/20 everything was completely done ✅ She quoted us one interest rate, but with our higher credit scores she got us a surprising lower interest rate that we can’t thank her enough for, before we knew it our old high mortgage was gone! My husband and I have also learned a lot about refinancing with Abby and her notary whom explained everything to us every step of the way. My experience with Abby Ayala could not be written or explained just how excellent it was. You would have to experience it yourself. I personally trust her and won’t go anywhere else.   Definitely recommend Abby! She was extremely helpful through the process of trying to refinance our home! The rates kept fluctuating so we wanted to make sure we had the right APR and at no point did I feel pressured by her. She is very helpful and extremely detailed. Everything was handled nicely and she kept me on top of everything! I enjoy working with Abby and highly recommend her to anyone!
