  Just bought a tablet for my kid, drove less than 2 mins to my home and it showed 98% and in less than 2 mins it went down to 14% called the person who sold it to my husband and they said they can't do anything because I didn't purchase a protection plan? $5 mind you it was not offered!! Told me to charge it overnight and it should work, I said if it doesn't can I exchange it since its a bad tablet and don't want to be out of $40 for a tablet for my kid, manager said no, no refund no exchange! Well if you have a protection plan offered on your stuff then you have bad items and now terrible service! I can tell from these reviews that I am not the only one with the same problem! You guys are terrible, Terrible service and run a crooked business! Never do business with these crooks! Stay away and go down the street because now I am out of $40 in less than 5 mins! This place needs to shut down, I will never do business with you and I will sure to tell Carson City about this crooked operation you guys run!

  The customer service is by far the best quality, if I am unable to locate a specific item they will take the time out of their day to ensure I am able to find the needed item. All the items I've seen are in the best condition and have yet to disappoint me.
