  John and CTC Financial are awesome! I interviewed no less than twelve lenders before finding CTC and contacting John who tackled my fairly complicated file while other lenders were literally telling me no because it would be too much work. John closed multiple loans simultaneously while juggling a lot of moving pieces. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I'm an investor who has done a lot of buying and selling and can tell you that John @ CTC Financial is one of the best lenders I've worked with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to purchase, refinance or invest in rental property.

  We have used John at CTC for three loans in the recent years, all were handle in the most professional manner, with him working his tail off to get the best deal for you. Definitely the mortgage place for the self employed person. Two thumbs up !!!

  This is the second time we have used Michelle to obtain a mortgage. She has really made the entire process of buying a house, and now refinancing as easy and painless as possible. She was very knowledgeable, and answered any and all questions we had quickly. We got updates at every step of our loan process which was nice. I highly recommend CTC Financial.

  Michelle Bell and CTC Financial have met our expectations, and then some. They made the process about as simple as possible for our refinance, and kept us continually in the loop as things progressed. I've had other loans processed in the past that were much more convoluted and drawn out, so my experience in this area has not always been the best, however, their service and attention to the customer was excellent. I can recommend their products and services for those who are interested. They were highly competitive and carefully explained the options available to us from the very beginning of the process. Everything was fairly straight forward, and there were no hidden or undisclosed hoops to jump through. Thanks for shepherding us through to the finish line! KUDOS!

  Without a doubt, John’s knowledge of accounting made it so that I was able get financing. I’m self employed and by knowing the rules well, he was able to find $$ to count towards my income that others had missed. And I got a really low rate. I feel lucky that I was referred to him. Everyone working in his office was exceedingly helpful and genuinely nice to work with.

  CTC Financial, Inc. helped my husband and I get a mortgage for our last two homes (our primary residence in Nevada, as well as our vacation home in California). John Terveer and his staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful both times, and were able to navigate the intricacies of obtaining a mortgage for a small business owner with ease.   Michelle and CTC Financial worked with me when I bought my house and had lost hope with the lender I was originally using. Michelle told me she could make it happen and she did in record time! Since then I have gone back to Michelle and CTC Financial to refinance my house twice. I now have friends and family that Michelle has helped with their mortgage needs. I wish I could give her 100 stars because she is worth it. CTC Financial is the best!
