  This bank is outstanding! I am so pleased that I decided to go with them for my accounts when I moved to Carson City. Sierra is truly helpful, and I feel like everyone drops what they’re doing to help me when I need something. I always receive 5-star service here and am so lucky to have them nearby.   I got one word to say.... WOW.. From the moment you walk in the door it's like taking a step into your living room!! Everyone is super inviting and personable!! I did business with Carmen who was amazing!! who then introduced me to Chuy the branch manager and it felt all so genuine. I NEVER write reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. I will never do business with any other financial institution. THANK YOU TEAM!!!! Shout out to the tellers I feel bubbly when I go see them they are to nice. Representing Carson City the way it should.

  By far the best credit union and best team to deal with for all your needs! I personally bank here and definitely recommend anything from the awesome personal accounts, accounts for your kids, or even explore the amazing mortgage rates. You won't regret it!

  this is James Woods the actual account holder. the outfit is well trained and know the ins and outs of the CU business. They are on the job and have always help me with what ever i asked for.

  The tellers are friendly and personable...always show their smile. Easier to do banking that way. And Life is good!! Thank you...will go back again soon.

  I've had accounts at other Banks and I couldn't tell you who the bank manager was or the name of any of the clerks... At United Chuy (branch manager) introduce himself not only to me but all the guys that I have brought in to open accounts... Plus the clerk's are amazing shout out to Carmen Avery Sierra and the girl that I cannot prenounce her name

  They employe the rudest bank teller ive ever come in contact with at the hwy50 location!!! I still may close my business account there and bank with a more professional establishment.

  I opened multiple accounts when they opened in 2016. When they opened the staff was great, but they cant seem to keep anyone who is good. I would NOT Recommend this business to anyone. They just cant seem to get their act together.

  I got a car loan from them they where very helpful very nice and friendly people to work with I would recommend this bank to everyone I know.
