  I am a first time buyer ave my biggest fear was not being approved and my mortgage amount from the beginning Shelton assured me that i would be approved and would have a fesiable mortgage. HE STOOD BY EVERYTHING HE SAID!! Shelton has been amazing through the entire process. He helped me with credit issues that I had on my file and what I needed to do to make the necessary corrections for the approval. The approval was a very fast process and he has always made himself available to any questions I had by email,text or phone. This process, although stressful ,has been made at ease by Shelton and I would definitely recommend him to homebuyers especially first time like myself.

  Applied for a loan through this company and never received an update from them after over a month. Wanted to write an excellent review however the experience did not allow me to. Most of my correspondence was through the Administrative Assistant. Spoke with Adrin once over the phone when she called to collect payment to run the application. Please do better in the future.
