  I am a new member of Telco and recently had an amazing experience! I financed my new vehicle, and received help on multiple things. My loan officer, Kat Greer, was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me and my fiancee and we can't thank her enough for going the extra mile for us!!! If you need assistance at Telco on home, auto loans, etc, Kat is your girl! Couldn’t have walked out of there happier!!!!

  Shout out to Tabitha at Telco in Tyler! I went to Telco to apply for a small personal loan. I had previously applied with my bank, Texas Bank and Trust, and had been denied because my cosigner lived outside their lending area (60 miles away from the branch location.) Telco not only approved me without a cosigner, but also refinanced my car with GAP as well, and still saved me almost $100 dollars a month.

  I am a member of Telco and recently had an amazing experience! I called about one thing I needed, and received help on multiple things. My loan officer, Kat Greer, was amazing!! She went above and beyond to help my husband and I. She even stayed, after hours to finish up and make sure that we were satisfied with our service. If you need assistance at Telco on home, auto loans, etc, Kat is your girl! Couldn’t have walked out of there happier!

  They never open the drivethru on Saturdays on time. Card machine never works. They harass you about opening a checking account and the hours of operation suck. Just terrible customer service in general.

  I'm sorry that we missed you. We try every day to open 5 minutes early and stay open 5 minutes past our posted business times. Saturday posted time is 9 am to Noon. Our staff tries to offer services to members that we think you be beneficial to you. When our members succeed financial, it benefits everyone and makes for a stronger credit union.

  Mar'cella was so awesome with helping my husband and I with Everything we needed. She went above and beyond for us. Was very professional and explained everything to us so we could understand it. Hope we get the chance in the future to work with her. She is a real God send and Blessing

  I have done business with Telco for over 10 years. Paid off a home loan and countless auto loans. I came in the store early Thursday to speak with someone about a loan to buy a Jeep. I waited in the lobby for a while all to be told that no one was available to speak with me. The receptionist took my name and number and said a loan officer would call me ASAP. I have yet to receive a call! IT IS NOW TUESDAY! This is not the first time this has happened to me recently with Telco. The service has sharply declined since Pam Morgan has left and I will no longer be using Telco for any of my banking needs. I bought the Jeep with the help of Eastman Credit Union. Great interest rate and was pre-approved over the phone within 2 hours of first contact. I was loyal to Telco for 10 plus years. Now I will be closing my accounts as soon as I feel like wearing a MASK to come in and do so.

  Jeff we are truly sorry that the loan department didn't return your call. That is not the way we want to conduct business or treat any of our members. We are trying to hire more people to meet the demands of our growing business.

  I went into this place twice to see if I wanted to work with them and get some information. I was told that they were ‘skeptical’ about taking our appointment as we didn’t even have an account with them. When I walk into YOUR business, you’re on MY time. I was treated with disrespect and a lot was assumed about my situation before any questions were made. I just moved to TX, walked into plenty of banks to try to see who would be best to work with. I found many others who were awesome and nothing but helpful. They lost my business and I recommend they lose yours too.

  We have used Telco for a while now for our financing needs. I just upgraded my vehicle and Taylor Riddle was amazing! Super helpful, fast, and most importantly looked out for my best interest! She constantly communicated with the dealership and fought for me to get the vehicle I wanted at a payment I wanted! Super pleased with her customer service! Thank you Taylor!

  The people that staff this credit union are awesome very down to earth and helpful. The loan officer that worked with, Taylor Riddle, was the most helpful bank employee that I have talked to my whole life. Not only did she help me with what I came in for but she also took initiative to go further and come up with more ways to help me better my financial situation. I will be working with her for any banking needs in the foreseeable future. Many thanks for your help.
