  I highly recommend using A Frame Mortgage. I had an excellent experience and have recommended several friends to use this service as well. Evelyn Stiefel is delightful in every way. She is so patient and caring. She was wonderful about carefully explaining everything to me to insure I had every question answered. I felt very confident in her abilities. She helped me to purchase the home I enjoy now. She even let me bring my dog into her office while we talked to he did not have to wait out in my car. In addition, she always returned calls to me promptly, and made herself available to meet the needs of my busy schedule. In summary, I enjoyed a great experience and highly recommend!

  The A-Frame mortgage team is FANTASTIC! We started working with them to pre-qualify long before we were ready to buy and they told us exactly what we needed to do to make sure we had our credit scores and debt ratios lined up and how much money we needed to have on hand. When we found a house, they referred us to industry professionals to get the inspection done and contractors to take care of problems. Every step of the way, Evelyn made sure that we knew she was looking out for our best interest, not her own, and that gave us complete confidence in her.

  I bought my first home in 2017 thanks to Evelyn and the team at A Frame Mortgage. They never had an issue answering any question. As a first time home buyer, it was a stressful process but I knew Evelyn and her team would have my best interests in mind. At no point did I ever have any doubt about her capabilities, her crew's capabilities, and the mortgage side of the process. The customer service was seamless. I could write an email or shoot a text at any point in the day and knew I'd have an answer within a short time. There is no such thing as a dumb question with these guys.
