  Unlike a lot of people on here I didn't need money I just had some stuff I didn't want anymore. Let me tell you, from walking in the door this place was bad news. I won't even get into the smell of the place but I should have walked out right there. Now, on to my story. Like I said I have recently moved to the area and in the MO e we bought some new items. I was unpacking and thought I would just go into the shop and sell some things just so I didn't have to take the time to post them online. I didn't expect to get the price I would selling them elsewhere but boy was I surprised when the told me what they would pay. I won't go into details but I will say I immediately walked out and went to their competitors where I was treated much better and got about 20% more per item out the gate. Seller beware at this place for sure. And, I have to concur with some of the others on here that talk about rude staff. Even beyond the lowball prices the services was terrible. They acted as though it was a bother for me to even be there. They need some serious customer service training as right now they definitely don't know how to treat customers.

  Stopped in to check out King's Pawn recently and was impressed. The store is clean and very well organized and the staff was friendly and helpful without hovering. They have a large inventory of items for sale. If you're looking for it, they probably have it. I like the way they show the prices by date and the cost goes down so you can see what it will cost now versus if you wait to purchase it later.

  Depends what you're looking for. Good spot for lawn equipment, tools, electronics. Not so much for jewelery.

  I go to kings quite often with jewelry I buy in bulk and sort thru. Usually they are very fair and helpful. Today however, a young girl was tending the store and said can I help you? I said I had a couple watches I'd like to find out what thier value is. Before even looking at them she told me they don't take anymore watches I've sold them there before, but I just said ok and left. The watches I had were a nixon and a mavado. ..not just any watches. The young lady might want to at least look before she speaks. it just seemed very rude.

  Sorry for your experience but we are just not taking any more watches at this time no matter what brand they are until we can sell some of our stock. If she came across rude we apologize for that.

  Rude. If your needing to get some money I'd advise going elsewhere. They'll find the cheapest price online and offer you 25 percent. I brought in a brand new Harley Davidson jacket with the price tag still on it for $525 and was offered $75. When I questioned it they were rude about it. If that's how you want to be treated, than by all means go there.

  Billy was friendly and very knowledgeable. He showed me about 10 different rifles. He took his time, never made me feel rushed or like I was wasting his time. I didn't buy anything my 1st time in but he was just as helpful anyway bought a rifle for a great price. Will be back to Kings Pawn for sure.

  Totally unhelpful. They would not provide ANY information on whether a stolen item had come through, even after being given a case number for the police report. This place is, at best, a little untrustworthy. Edit: both Mister Money and EZ Pawn had incredibly helpful staff who took my name and number as well as the case number and the item description. This place did none of those things. The issue here is negligence and apathy, not privacy laws.

  There are privacy laws that we have to go by. If you would like more information please bring in a police officer and we can talk with them. We are highly regulated by local police, state police, and federal agencies. We can talk with any of them concerning your case. If pawned an item would you like us to tell everyone you pawned with us? Sorry, we couldn't help you but please bring in an officer and we are glad to talk with them and we can try to get your case solved.

  Unless you deal with Ernest who was honest, definitely DON'T deal with Bill. Bill comes out blowing his nose, then deals with me. Had no customer service skills. Told me my product was "only worth 300" when it was really 329. But I saw Ernest first and didn't make up my mind about selling till I went back. Ernest quotes me one price and wasn't there had to call and confirm. Cool. But I didn't appreciate the way Bill was from beginning, he knew he upset me apologises but who cares. .

  Not the right place to sell precious metals or jewelry as they don’t specialize in them and give you horrible offers. Have sold several weapons here, they know a lot about fire arms and guitars. Not much else I’d go here for.
