Cindy Vosmera5Today we went in and got a 2005 Ford Escape. We were told we were preferred customers!! Paying your payment on time all the time paid off. We traded in our 2001 Chevy Blazer and are so please with our new (to us) vehicle. I want to thank Aaron (Aurora dealership) and Staci (Greeley dealership) for another wonderful experience. We received an email and responded right away and found out our interest rate went down as well as our payment. Please folks give them a look into, you wont be sorry.

sister love world love every body1This place is a joke. God Bless everyone who had a great experience but I sure haven't! Every time we call they are so rude. Two days after getting a car the check engine light came on. And it smelt terribly of cigerrate smoke like someone had been living in the car. We called. They kept sending us to vmax to get it the engine light cleared to pass it's emissions. It went back on immedietly. Emissions would not pass. Called carhop several times to see what we can do. You figure they would get us in a different car or work with us but all we got was a run around then they have the nerve to say we're not doing our part. As far as I'm concerned our only part is to make payments and let them know of any problems which we did. By law when you drive off the lot with a car it should have emissions passed. The guy at vmax admits he has a lot of cars from carhop because they sell cheap cars. I understand things happen to cars especially used ones but to get them to understand and help you they don't care. They only care about sales. The car was in the shop almost two weeks. We had no way to get around they ignored us most of the time. Couldn't even get us into a rental. While in the shop they bugged us to make a payment on a car that's just sitting there. I am a first time car buyer and very disappointed how a company can treat hard working people. I'm thinking BBB! They are nice in the beginning and now even walking in or calling to ask a question is very uncomfortable. They act like they are better then everyone. Bunch of rip offs!

Misty Enterline5Such a great place with quick, efficient and knowledgeable sales people. We found the location online, went in the next morning and by lunch we drove away in a new car. Very excited about the help to boost our credit and the warranty provided for our new vehicle.

Alfredo Garcia (Gordo418)1horrible sales associates, they lied about their work to a car I purchased that cost me 2500, out of pocket,that was not reimbursed, which should have been covered in the warranty. Also they are teamed up with Collins muffler, don't ever let them touch you're vehicle, they will lie to you so that they can get as much as they can from you and will not do the work correctly so that you keep going back.

Joylene Davis5The employees here go above and beyond trying too do everything they can too help us through every step of buying a car and payment issues when we struggled and so much more. Always friendly and when we have the chance Kimberly even asks about my kids...she truely just wants too be able too help a struggling person how ever she can. Today she really truely helped my family over come anither barrier and can not say thank you enough.

Vanity Farm1Worst experience ever. They lied to get me out there, Their promise of bad credit ok is bull, our credit was an issue for them. We waited around for three hours for them to say "oh well we will call you asap" also bull. No phone call yet .... plus half their cars had some sort of issue ( bad battery that had to be jumped/check engine lights on) Do NOT bother.
