      🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫I’m very very unhappy customer!¡! I came to you for help with my business you could not help me with the PPP loan,,, you referred me to another bank. When I finally receive the help that I needed and began to take care of things that I needed to take care of you removed The Funding from my account which put my accounts in the negative where they have never been with you and I don’t believe in being!!! Why have you done this to my account and not informing me of the new process I have no clue I was told that they were in the process of letting customers know that this is happened to it seems as if before the funds were deposited and I was able to use the funds I should’ve been informed of this new policy, why did I receive a courtesy call? It has put my finances in disarray, 📛📛📛🚫🚫🚫🆘🆘🆘which they were not and have not been and I have tried to keep it out of especially in Covid season!!! But as the Bible say it’s double for my trouble!!! So keep up the good work devil because what you mean for evil ,,, God is doing for my good!!!💯💯💯❌❌❌

      Tried to deposit a car insurance check that was in my husband's and my name. The car the check was for was mine - so my check. My husband had signed the check as did I. The drive-thru tells me they can't deposit my check unless my husband is with me because he isn't on my account. The next day my husband drives from Orange to Beaumont to meet me at lunch just to go to the bank with me so I can deposit my check. The drive-thru tells me that they STILL can't deposit the check because we have to come inside the lobby where they can physically see my husband in person. We literally had to go inside the lobby just to deposit a check that was mine into my account. The people inside were helpful and I understand this is a policy BUT this policy is ridiculous.

      They need help. That’s all I have to say. I spoke with taylor over the phone who was not helpful whatsoever just really disappointed. I can’t even check my balance online or through the app because of their constant “technical difficulties”. It’s ridiculous don’t waste your frustration opening an account here

      Hmmm. I don’t understand the Low scores. We have banked here for 10 years. Able to speak to representatives, receiving prompt, courteous attention. I’d also like to thank David Jennings and Reggie Richmond for opening financial doors to us. Never a problem.

      This has to be THE worst credit union in Beaumont. Very rude and unprofessional, they make it SO hard just to pay them. Go somewhere else you will be happy you did.
