  This is probably the worst place to go to when trying to secure a new home. Was extremely rude to my sister and mother—who are first time home buyers—and spoke down to them. We are of latino descent, and so was the person we were working with, but he seemed as if his position gave him power and superiority over us and the entire process. When I spoke to him—I’m an Ivy League graduate—his whole persona changed, and tried his best to appeal to my needs. He DID NOT do this with my family members, and was incredibly rude, demanding, etc. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are classist in every sense of the word.

  This was my second time using Federal Savings Bank. That alone speaks miles. Jay was honest, responsive, and transparent. Not to be overlooked was the unmatchable rate. No one could touch it. My refinance was smooth and brisk; just what anyone would want their experience to be . Do yourself a favor and let the shopping stop here 

  I wish i could give Paul Potolicchio a 10, because he went above and beyond. I had been trying to close with freedom and it took 6 months before I decided to give Paul a call. Not only were we able to get it done quickly, he stayed in constant communication with me through every process. I felt like my mortgage company didn't value me as a customer. Ironically the new loan is with my old mortgage company. Why couldn't they just give me the same deal out the gate?

  Few days ago I received a letter from The federal savings bank about refinancing, so I called them and David Matthews from their Ohio office answered me about excellence conditions and great offers and got all my information including my SSN, and when I asked him to submit a good faith estimate he asked my credit card and when I resisted to submit my credit card before receiving the documents officially he said all the rate changed and we can’t provide the same offers! Just be careful when they are asking you about your informations!

  Worst lender ever !!!! loosing paper work ,extensions on closing dates , un professionals. If you want a lender to be asking for pay stubs during the closing date and wasting your time , this people are the ones

  James Rieger worked efficiently and effectively yielding me the lowest mortgage rate and saving me 25%. I was able to provide the bulk of information in only a few days and a couple of weeks later we closed. Jimmy answered all of my questions and provided info in a timely manor making this experience smooth.
