  Stan and Kenny have assembled a phenomenal team of reputable, Knowledgeable, Always fair, and Always honest service reps who are constantly going the extra mile! Whether your coming to buy, sell, or get a loan you can bet it’s always going to err in the favor of you the customer! Not to mention having the best variety of quality merchandise! If they don’t have it they can most likely get it or point you in the right direction of where to get it! And if they can’t do either chances are you didn’t need it to begin with!!! Thanks for all you guys have done for myself and family you guys have been more of a blessing then you will ever know!!!

  By far the best pawnshop for high end merchandise, loans the most, pays the most on gold, and they always have beautiful jewelry like Tiffany and Co., David Yurman. Something will always catch your eye here.

  I've been going there for several years. The staff is the nicest and most fair of any pawn shop I've ever been to. They give you courtesy calls if you forget about your pawn. I really appreciate that. And they have good prices on quality merchandise. They're just a really good group of caring people that value their customers.

  I can't rember there names but I had great experience with them today the was really helpful and .akeing sure I get what I was asking. The husband and wife both are really friendly. And the grile with the pretty rainbow eye liner your one of the sweetest people I have ever met

  The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The store is clean compared to others I've been too. I appreciated the thoughtfulness when they've opened the door for me. A little goes a long ways. I'll be back and recommend people!

  Felt unwelcomed the second I came in. Called prior to see if they would be interested in buying my stereo, I tell her what it was, she tells me to come and she can take a look at it. I drive 10 miles to get to the store and once she saw I didn’t have an HDMI input she immediately said she couldn’t take it (could’ve told me over the phone or sometime prior so I didn’t have to waste my time.) Clerk really came off as patronizing. Will not return.

  I called the shop, and Stan, the manager, answers my call, and I simply ask him if he has a specific item for sale. Rather than letting me know if he does or not, he puts me on hold quite a few times, gives me the run around only to tell me to come to the shop to look for myself, and hangs up on me. I called him only to be hung up on by Stan not once, but twice. This manager doesn't know how to treat his customers. From loyal customer, and he made me feel like I'll never go back.
