  217 Mortgage was a lifesaver! We had gotten approved for a home loan somewhere else but it wasn't enough to find anything we wanted. We were referred to David Nelson at 217 Mortgage and were approved for more than we needed. He even explained the different loans to us. The process of working with this company was thorough but fun. They have an app that shows you exactly what step you're on and what's needed. You can upload the forms through the app. I cannot begin to explain how helpful that was. When you complete a step you get a personalized video. My husband and I both loved that part. We looked forward to each one because it was confirmation that we were one step closer. Whenever we had a question and sent a text or email we were answered quickly by David or one of his assistants, Karen or Rachel. After closing on our home they have also made it easy to pay our mortgage. We are already recommending them to anyone that we find out is looking for a home.

  I Recently Bought a Beautiful home with Flat Branch & My Lender was David Nelson. Super Patient, Nice & On top of things guy! He made my first time home purchase experience incredibly time consuming and smooth.   David was amazing to work with! Throughout the whole process he was there to walk us through everything and answer all the questions we had. He was very responsive, even outside of business hours! We were able to close on our home fast and he made the whole process easy and smooth.

  Cory helped my wife and I buy our first home. All the way through the process from the first day I gave him a call to the day we closed he was immediately responsive, informative, professional, and extremely friendly. I just can't say enough good things, honestly. I was fully prepared to have a very stressful time, and it could not have gone smoother. Cory and his team definitely know what they're doing.

  David was extremely helpful when purchasing a new home and had in depth knowledge of things I was unaware of. Was always able to reach even when he was on vacation he returned my calls and provided all information I needed very fast. I would highly recommend.

  By me being a first time home buyer, it was kind of scary. Michelle and her team were very professional, walked me thru the process step by step. They made me feel very comfortable and at peace. I would recommend them to family and friends anytime. And once again from one to 10 they are 11
