  Eric as the Mortgage Broker did a awesome job working through our mortgage refinancing. I would recommend him to anyone. Brooke and everyone at the Champaign branch is wonderful to work with and treat us like valued customers every time we go there.

  If you need a loan or a great bank that will know you by name and treat you like part of their family from day one Commerce is the way to go. My husband and I have been customers for years and Brooke, Bryan and others have gone out of their way at the Champaign branch to ensure we are getting the most out of our banking needs and are always right there to help when we need it. I will continue to refer people to Commerce Bank in Champaign because I truly believe in the people that work there in that they have the customers best interest at heart. The people that work at Commerce in Champaign are one of a kind and they will do everything they can to make sure you are happy. Commerce is the way to go!

  Amazing and quick customer service. Every time I call a REAL person picks up by the second ring. They have fee free ATM's and will refund ATM fees that using another bank's ATM charges.

  I got terrible service when I called the customer support line. I was on hold for 30 minutes and they wouldn't even when they picked up.
