  I paid off my title loan almost two months ago. they decided they had to sneak outside during my paper work to put a tracker on the car. I've called several times and went in in person trying to get my title back and I get a different story everytime as to why they won't give it back. do yourself a favor and find a different company.

  These guys are super sweet. They’ve always help me out whenever I needed help. You’re even willing to stay late sometimes if you’re in a crunch and you need to stay there past 6 o’clock, that’s not normal but they did that for me once. I would never go anywhere else for a title loan, they have the best interest rates and the best customer service. You also get to spin a really sweet wheel when you’re done!

  Tricia is amazing! I have always been treated with respect with 208 Title Loans. I love the consistency in staff and the fact they are all super friendly and helpful. Title loans are scary but with 208 Title Loans and Tricia, it’s a very stress free process. She’s always been happy to help me when life has taken the wrong turn financially, especially with this pandemic. You guys rock!!

  208 Title Loans is a fantastic place to receive a title loan. They are extremely friendly and also very sympathetic towards any situation that may come up In Your life. Paperwork is easy and quick to fill out. Each time I go in there I am greeted with huge smiles and great senses of humor.

  I have been working with Ashley and have had nothing but amazing experience with her! If I have questions or need to pay a couple days late, she is always willing to help and so very kind.   Super awesome people and so super awesome to work with. I have had multiple loans with them as a start up business owner now almost all are paid off. Everytime you go in you feel like your visiting old friends and they do everything they can to help you. I try to pay in person everytime just to visit. If you need a title loan, this is the place to go I promise.

  I have gotten probably 4 or 5 loans thru the Fairview office over the last few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The ladies are very kind and helpful. They made me feel so comfortable which is HUGE! Its depressing abd embarrassing enough to be short on funds then to be grilled on every financial detail of why you need it and how and when you can pay it, personal info, etc. Basically treating you like a deadbeat who won't pay them back and judging you as a terrible person for being in the situation. Which I have had mortgage comps & credit cards do. The 208 ladies treat you like a friend- not a criminal out to scam them. They have earned my loyality! Plus they don't charge a penalty if you can pay early! Very grateful for 208!! Definitely recommend!!

  WILL STEAL AND SELL YOUR THINGS!!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst place to go. My boyfriend was buying a car from his roommate who had a title loan on the car. They repoed the car and when we tried to contact them to get his tools back from said car they completely ignored us in everyway. Later to find out now 2 months later they brought the car to the lot my boyfriend saw came in and they said they sold the tools and they contacted him so it’s his fault. Even though we made 50 attempts at contacting them and they wouldn’t respond. Even their corporate office said what they did was not right. So unless you want hundreds of dollars in things stollen from you i don’t suggest this slum of a business!

  I am so sorry you had a bad experience but I also see that you have never been a customer of ours. Generally speaking when a vehicle is repossessed we hold those belongings for 30 days. After 30 days we dispose of the items. Unfortunately we do not have enough room to store things for a longer period of time.
