  I’ve contacted this company in multiple ways, and been told that there is no way to get off their email list. Guys, don’t sign up for their emails unless you want to receive them for the rest of your life - there’s no unsubscribe button, and emailing them in reply won’t get you off the list.

  Clark and his team are fantastic. They take the wheel and guide their customers to the end of the entire process, making it less stressful and very convenient. It's nice working with a company that literally does all the legwork after all of the required documents are submitted. I used Team Harvey for my first mortgage and again for a refinance recently, and both times the process was completed very timely. They are my go-to broker for any mortgage needs, and I will definitely continue to work with them in the future. I would recommend 1st rate mortgage to anyone!

  This is the third time I've used 1st Rate Mortgage. They go 1000 and 10 percent. I would not go anywhere else for a mortgage in the intermountain region. Knowledgable and wise about everything about preparing and obtaining a mortgage with the best rates. They should be everyone's go to company for your top mortgage broker.
