  I really enjoy banking here. The employees are helpful and friendly. I have both my business and personal accounts here. Not only do I use the ATM here regularly, but I often have to get cashier's checks and money orders done as well. Every transaction is seamless and without issues. Highly recommend MACU.

  Excellent Credit Union to work with! Very friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this institution- especially to those who are new to the area (although they have branches expanding all over the north/southwest)

  The tellers are always courteous and helpful. This bank is conveniently located across from Costco where it can easily seen from the street. I stopped in at times to complete some deposits/withdraws or simple transactions like cards replacement, cashier checks/money orders purchase or coin cashing. You can turn your coins (loose change) into cash in just a few minutes and it's absolutely free as long as you have an account with them. It's simple, so convenient to use and get your cash right on the spot. You don't have to count, sort or roll your coins. The staff is always taking care of me whatever my needs maybe and I really appreciate that. Great credit union with great service!!!

  Melissa has been AMAZING! Very responsive and attentive. Just moved to Utah from Arizona and my experience in changing banks has been nothing but great. She made the transition smooth and easy. Not only that… she also assisted with my car and credit cards so everything is all together. Amazing!!!

  I have been a customer of MACU since 2008, and today, I will be closing all my accounts with them. My personal, retirement, insurances, and business accounts. I want to make it clear, this in not just a review of the local branches here in Southern Utah, this is a review for the entire customer service that I have been encountering as of recently. Yesterday (Oct. 15, 2021) I was going to use my Platinum Visa I have with MACU to pay for a vehicle repair and was declined even though my card is at a $0 balance, and I have more than enough credit limit on it. I called the 1-800 number on the back of the card and was placed on a 20 minute queue. The repair shop was closing soon, so I had to leave. After approximately 40 minutes of wait time, I opt to receive a call back; which I never received. I call first thing in the morning again. I got a hold of someone within 5 minutes. This individual was rude, and not helpful at all, she transferred me to the fraud department as she claimed she could not help me. The fraud department said they could not help me because the people at the 1-800 number on the card did not create a case for them to pull up and thus had me call again. Not transfer, call again and get on the call in queue yet again. The fraud department said they could not transfer from their department to another, but somehow customer service can? Makes no sense, but I called yet again. I get ahold of another customer service person after waiting on the call in queue yet again. She cannot help and simply took down my information to have some "Card Specialist" call me later. "So what now,?" I asked her, I need to pay for my vehicle repair and my card is not working. She says, "go into the local branch in your city to see if they can help you" she says. I go into my local branch... They pretty much have the same excuse. "We don't know what is going on with your card, it is the repair shop's fault your card is not working." So I go into the Repair shop and asked them to try and charge my card once more, it gets declined. So I had an idea, I will will use another card, from MACU, also a VISA, but at a much higher interest rate, about 2.5 times higher and guess what? It worked. I of course go back into the local branch and ask them to please explain why one of their cards works, yet the other does not. They have yet again, no answers for me. They have the audacity to ask me if I want to take advantage of a "Higher earning interest Savings" account as I have a large sum of money in my savings account. Are you kidding me? I am done with MACU you as of today. So, what can I believe now? that MACU doesn't want me to use my super low interest rate card on a costly repair? They want to make more money off of me with my doubled the interest Card, also a MACU card? That is what it looks like to me. This is not my first and only frustration with MACU, I have had numerous headaches cause of their lack of customer support that I have had to resort to other banking solutions, or lenders in the past for both my personal and business banking needs. I hope this review sheds some light on those looking for a their banking needs.

  Every time I have used Mountain America, they have gone above and beyond to help me in my specific need. Housing is a nightmare right now and every time I have needed proof of cash or a Pre-qualification letter or whatever, they have helped me in a timely. I have been to several different branches and their customer service has been exceptional. Mountain America is the BEST!!!

  Mountain America has made adulting alot easier for me and my family. They are always honest and clearly explain every process we are going through, from buisness loans, credit cards or a auto loan, every process with them has been simple and smooth.
