  came in for a auto loan and was greeted very politely by the man at the counter and he was a good help. but once i was in the office trying to apply for the loan the woman was very rude and treated us like we weren’t of importance. won’t be going back or recommending to anybody!

  Were were pleasenty surprised at the patience and kindness shown to us over the course of this transaction. There were several delays on our part, but we were always treated as if our car loan was important to Golden West. We are happy to be members.

  We love Golden.West!, The staff is efficient, courteous and very helpful. We have always been treated kindly. I lost my credit card and I could go into the branch and pick up a new one. Just like that. No waiting two weeks. I highly recommend doing your banking there Great branch!

  HORRIBLE! Went to get pre-approved for an auto loan and the lady who helped me was horrible. I have a dealership and was going to get a small loan to buy a little sports car and build my credit. She talked to me as if I was a 5 year old... Halfway through the conversation I was just done took my license back and went out the door. Go somewhere else or at least another branch that was horrible.

  I went in with my wife to see if I could get my interest rate lowered on my truck. The man I spoke to basically told me there was nothing they could do for us and then told us he had a meeting and asked us to leave. I went to Mountain America CU and they aslo told me they could not lower the interested rate but explained to me that when I pay off $X of dollars, they could help me out. Literally the next day I received a letter from Goldenwest saying that I was pre-approved to have my interest rate lowered; so, either the man I spoke to or the letter I received was all bogus. I felt like they lied to me and/or are sending me false material.

  Goldenwest is always easy to work with. They help me with my needs and answer all my questions to the best of their ability. This branch is great!
