  I went through them thinking it was going to be a pleasant experience especially since I'll pay off a few of my loans with the equity in my home. Well they told me these loans would be paid off and as it turns out they did not. The checks got sent to the bank when my loans were not through the bank so all the checks got screwed up. Not to mention the appraisel service they used screwed up 8 times on the paperwork. Would not go through them ever again!

  Dear Ms. Repp, Your time is valuable to us so we would like to thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. We do realize that the Third Party Escrow company used in your transaction had accidentally and incorrectly sent your checks to the wrong address. As soon as the Escrow company found the error, they immediately placed a Stop Payment on all checks and had new cheeks reissued the same day. Due to industry regulations, it is not permissible for Lenders to contact appraisers directly for orders. Instead, Lenders are required to go through Third Party Appraisal Management Companies also known as AMC’s. The appraiser that the AMC assigned for your appraisal did not provide a satisfactory appraisal report, and we did require proper adjustments to be made. We do realize this caused a 4 day delay in your closing. Though these issues were caused by Third Parties, we completely understand how it can be frustrating and would like to extend our most sincere apology on behalf of everyone involved. 1st Nationwide Mortgage

  With so many options out there I got lucky with 1st Nationwide Mortagage. They provided me with options and never felt pressured by them. Great customer service. I have 3 properties so I've experienced others and 1st Nationwide has been the BEST. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to refy, purchase, or anything relating mortgage.

  Best mortgage lender in town. After everyone gave up because of my unique self employed situation I was refer to Rick Cao by my good friend.
