  We have now been working with Marc Noddle at Clear Edge Lending for over a year. As a mortgage broker, it is very important for me to find a lender who really views every borrower as a partnership to help them to achieve their goal. Marc, Alili and the entire Clear Edge team have proven time and again to us that they are such partners. They help us to solution when we need help, they will roll up their sleeves when we need them to and they have been fast with underwriting and closing. We have primarily used them for non-QM loans so far. They are an excellent lender and we use them as the example for all other lenders to achieve.

  As a new lender for our team at @newheightslending, ClearEdge Lending delivered in a superb fashion for a client in Texas that needed to refi a hard money loan that due on his rental property. ClearEdge offers a debt-service coverage ratio (DSCR) loan that is perfects for investors. The system and portal were very easy and Ernie and Randy were amazing in answering any questions needed throughout the process. They will be our go to for DCSR loans in the future!
