  Excellent Customer Service! LendPlus was a god send with all my mortgage needs. Brian Hartley/Senior Mortgage Banker was the individual I worked with. He was attentive, patient and made the whole process as seamless as possible. Buying a house is nerve wracking and stressful however working with LendPlus was the best part of my home buying experience, outside of landing my dream home! I was confident that I received the best value and terms and even compared it two other lenders for verification; as this was my first home buying experience. I also worked with several other individuals with LendPlus and everyone was extremely professional and accommodating. You will not regret using LendPlus for all your mortgage needs!

  Azin Gerayeli was nothing short of amazing! She was helpful through all stages of our home refinancing process. From our initial contact to see if she and Lend Plus could gain our business, until the funding, she was outstanding! We are very picky and she demonstrated extreme patience until we got exactly what we wanted, one of the lowest rates and cost to refinance. She was always available to us and even stuck by us through the closing process until we funded! At our signing of the closing documents, she was available immediately by phone, when I needed clarification on some documents I was unsure of. The whole process was quick from initial contact on February 27th until we funded on April 13th. We are very grateful to her and her expertise!

  My husband and I just recently worked with Paul Neuland - 5 stars does not say enough about him! He talked us through the loan process every step of the way. There were several curve balls thrown at Paul and he took them all in stride, hitting them out of the park for us.   I really enjoyed working with Azin. She was prompt with replies and communicated clearly. I love that she didn't pressure me into anything which I felt like other loan officers were doing. I would recommend her.

  Laurie Marquez offered EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I initially walked away from Lend Plus because I was given a better offer, but she won me back and was able to warn me of hidden fees of the other lender's offer. She won me back by her courteous way of handling the situation, and by being honest, available (she always answered or called me back right away to answer questions). She was extremely patient with me. The lending process was in the middle of a very hectic, stage of my life, and she handled my impatience with kindness and care. She was able to juggle "personable AND professional" flawlessly. She is really GOLD and an incredible asset to your company.

  Azin Gerayeli is our Senior Mortgage Banker and provided us with the most outstanding service throughout the entire process of refinancing our home loan. This is the seventh time my wife and I have run the gauntlet of refinancing our home mortgage, over the last 25 years with the 3 homes we have owned. Azin convinced us six weeks ago that mortgage rates were at the lowest rate ever and that we should refinance our home loan this one last time with a 15 year loan. She guided us every step of the way and mitigated the unpleasantry of completing and providing the endless paperwork required throughout the tedious obstacle course of this ordeal.   I closed the loan recently, it took too long to go through. First loan officer Fernando was good, but once i decided to go with this loan, experience was not so great with other officer working on it. Communication was unclear, and very ad-hoc, they were too busy to discuss or explain anything. I had closed the loan for about a month, and had to repeatedly request loan officer to provide me installment details. Thank god it is done.
