  Terrible customer service. Wish I would of never used them for my car loan. They don't send out monthly bills and if you want a payment book they have the nerve to try a charge you for it. Then if you payment is 1 day late they hound the hell out of you. Can't wait to pay this vehicle off. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

  Have small savings accounts and visa, make visa payments in credit union office instead of mailing in back

  Worst credit union ever. Terrible customer service. You can tell the management is horrible! Will never do business in this poor excuse for an establishment. If everyone were smart, they'd do their banking in other more reputable establishments. I don't look for this place to last long unless the company gets smart and hires a manager that can actually manage and not micromanage. Think about it, 1st midamerica CEO, spend less money and hire a great manager that cares about their employees then you'll have less turnover and more productivity. And you will spend less money training employees... then your members will be happier too... WOW your problems are solved... look at where your problem begins and fix it... I wish I could give this place no stars!

  Thay have all been Wonderful. When I had trouble with someone charges were being takeout. They fixed it. I got scammed over the summer and they helped me get my money back. They are Wonderful ladies and the young man that retired was also helpful. They have been there for me and my family and they will before you so come out and join 1stMidAmerica credit union. Best bank any where. They are friendly very helpful and will how you with your banking needs. 5 Stars.

  Worst company ever no one will help in this pandemic moment I have been off work since 3/2020 due to this COVID mess an they just took it up to there own an stop helping there customers with no support on helping push back there payments to help them. They act like I was asking for them to pay our bill no we was only trying to spare us some time to get the funds and they made sure they didn’t make no way to helps us out if I knew this company was like this I wouldn’t of never excepted this Auto loan with them.

  Customer service was terrible. My issue has not been resolved. They haven't honored their word and I'll be changing banks

  Excellent customer service and support!! Was very impressed by their auto loan and by their other features, consolidation options. Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable!!

  *******BEWARE********* I have done quite a bit of business here, auto loan and credit card. Car note was paid off quickly, and my credit card is always paid early and more than minimum and paid off early. WELL ... THAT IS WHEN THINGS WENT BAD. I HAVE CALLED TWICE IN WITHIN THE LAST MONTH TO REFINANCE MY TRUCK THAT I JUST BOUGHT 45 DAYS PRIOR (USED A DIFFERENT CREDIT UNION BECAUSE THEY WERE DIRECT LENDER) , 2 REPS TOLD ME THAT SINCE I JUST BOUGHT IT, THAT IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. FOR THE FULL AMOUNT! WELL.... THAT WAS A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS INFORMED THAT IF I HAD PROVIDED THE DOCUMENTATION NEEDED, AS A SECONDARY ISSUE THAT THE FULL AMOUNT WOULD BE LOANED. WELL..... THAT WAS A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR THERE NOT TO MENTION THE TIME ON THE PHONE, TO BE OFFERED A LOW BALL N.A.D.A. PRICE, WASTE OF MY TIME. THAT WAS FROM LAURIE FROM THE CALL CENTER. WHO BTW WAS THE ONE WHO TOLD ME THE SECONDARY INFORMATION I NEEDED. THEN I SPOKE TO LISA R. I BELIEVE, BANK MANAGER AT GRANITE LOCATION. DID NOT GET ANY DIFFERENCE, SHE WANTED TO ARGUE AND DEBATE EVEN WHEN I EXPLAINED HOW IT WAS AND THE FACT I HAD TO MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT THE LYING!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON BRENDA JACKSON, VP of OPERATIONS TO CALL ME. lmao I DONT SEE THAT HAPPENING. NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE OWNERSHIP THAT THE STAFF MISINFORMS/LIES TO THE MEMBERS. (AT LEAST IN MY CASE) I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, WHERE AT LEAST THE PEOPLE ARE HONEST AND UPFRONT, LIKE GCS. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN, REALLY SHOWS LACK OF TRAINING AND INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION
