Autumn Robinson1I’ve had the WORST experience at this bank/branch. Rude and unhelpful customer service. This bank always has problems with fraudulent charges and are completely reluctant to solve any issues. 10/10 worst bank to trust with your funds.

Henry K.1Update 05/18/20: Drive thru service only, ATM is out of service. To speak with a representative does not exist. Original post: USbank itself processes all debits, credits, and checks at a ridiculously slow pace. So slow, that when I do have the funds, it’s processed a couple days or week later WHEN I DONT HAVE THE FUNDS. CHRISTMAS MORNING AND IM $-400, because they decided to process the payment...NOT when I made the payment. Understaffed, too many fees, and a horrible bank. This town needs to get a Chase, a Bank of America...anything else that’s closer, more of, and more reliable.

Mat L11 hour service time for drive through. Worst bank near me. And I've had several, don't care about customers at all.

Kadine Long1This by far is the worst bank I have ever dealt with my entire life. They offer Mobile deposits it states on there I am approved for immediate funds up to $200 but then they still go on to say it is held until the next business day when I speak with a representative about it. All this bank is out to do is find ways to steal your hard earned money.

I came Thru yhe drive-through on a Friday at 4 o’clock p.m. drive thru was mad of course it’s Christmas season and only 25 more shopping days and there’s only one person working drive-thru. How Insein. This bank obviously doesn’t care about taking care of their customers in a timely manner .

Richard Fleetwood1I just got the bank and had some issues with charges hitting a day before my direct deposit. The evening after the morning my money hit I get hit with 4 overdraft fees. Obviously not their problem and it's now their money. Junk bank and junk business.

Stephanie Hardy1I have NEVER been to a Bank that is sooo SLOW and lack incredibly in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would rather talk to other works being distracted and having to re count money. 20 min from the time i got to window to turn in my deposit. Horrible EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I GO!!!!!
