  I highly recommend using Dave for your next mortgage. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process, and was always a step ahead of everyone else, working tirelessly to ensure that my loan would go through well in advance of the purchase of my home. And, when the sell of my own home fell through just four days before I was set to close on our new house and move, he worked overtime to get me into a new loan (within a week!) that allowed me and my family to not lose the house we had our hearts set on. Everything was streamlined with documentation easy to access and return all from my phone. I have very little experience with the mortgage process and would have been totally lost without Dave.

  I'm not sure what's happened in the year since the 4/5 star reviews but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had and I've sold 4 houses in the last 3 years. He acted as though he couldn't care less and that comes from his buyer.

  Dave is extremely knowledgeable. At every step in the process Dave was there to hold my hand. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the process. Everything was very smooth. Dave Anderson did a great job making a complicated process simple.

  Professional, approachable knows his stuff and has many tools in his Arsenal...Met with Dave after being assured many times a small home loan under 50k would be quite challenging. Apparently Dave was up to the challenge as he assured me within minutes he felt he could get it done! ....Thanks Dave!
