Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Nicole Musselwhite1I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with and I used to work in banking. If I personally bank here I wouldn’t know longer because of this branch. Unfortunately, my company does and I am forced once a week to come to this awful location. They don’t have a drive-through, when you go win there’s one teller helping customers and 3 behind her staring at all the customers in line. Once I waited in line for 45 minutes with 3 tellers standing in the back with only one helping. The teller is rude, but honestly I would be too if my coworkers were helping.

zak kay1The only reason I step foot in this hellscape is because the owners of the business I run utilize it. On a Friday at 10am, there are 13 guests in line and 2 tellers. How is this good business? And the manager or whomever walking around telling people that they can use the atm seems a waste of man hours. I cant get a change order from the atm. Be ready to spend an extraordinary amount of time for average service.

Matt Seepersad1I have been cashing a few work checks here lately, and i remember now why I stopped banking at BOA. 1 cashier at Mid Day 1pm on a Friday, before Christmas. The line is out the door and not moving bc the teller is by herself. Alot of people try to cash on their breaks and if that's your plan, avoid this place. I've been here easily for 40 mins now and barely moved. Pathetic. Doesnt help watching people stand around talking behind the counter whilenl customers stand and watch. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic.

John Robles5Most of the tellers I deal with are very friendly and quick to apologize for any mishaps. I miss one of their old ones (Diane?) who moved on to manage another location because she was super sweet and super fast. But Desiree is awesome too and very cordial.

Yuki Fujiwara1I couldn't even get a basic hello or acknowledgement to say someone will be with me soon. Sat in the lobby for 20 min. A gentleman was taken before me because him and an associate approached the lobby at the same time. Then was taken by a 2nd woman. They skipped over me and another gentleman already waiting. I don't know if he was utilizing their appointment system but its complete de-humanizing if they don't say hello. Also, the two ATMs outside, walk up and drive through work faster than the tellers inside the bank. Pretty much how they treat their "free checking" account patrons. No humans to talk to. Patron of 14 years, pretty much my high school bank. I have no regrets to close my account with this financial institution.

T. Hailes4I retract my earlier statement. The wait times can be long. However mostly for people who have no account with BOA. I decided to open an account and now I don't have to wait in the line. The staff here are very friendly. I left a long winded negative review last month, partly due to the fact that I was upset for waiting in the line so long. Some of it was warranted some of it was not, so I wanted to make things right. Jan helped me open an account and did it so fast and efficiently that I brought my lady back the following week to open an account. I would recommend this BOA to those who have an account with them, your wait time will be a lot less. If you don't have an account, be prepared there may be a long wait time.

Cory Fisher1Seriously thinking of closing my accounts here. Both personal and business. Never have enough tellers. Closed the drive up tellers. Over ten people in line every time I come in and always only one teller. Why would I continue to give my money away to a company that does not value my time. Ridiculous

Timothy Ward3This BoA branch really disappointed me when I went in last week to cash a check. I usually only go through their Drive-thru lanes or use the app to deposit checks, but this particular check had a unique situation which required me to see a teller. I was 'greeted(?)' at the door by some miserable, miserable person which immediately set the tone for how drab this branch truly is. I waited for 30 minutes; the saving grace of this visit was the teller... she was genuinely friendly, apologized for the attitude of the person standing by the entrance, which she nonchalantly told me was her manager. The Branch Manager. I was blown away by that fact... but I thanked her and told her it really was unnecessary. If anything, the manager should be the one apologizing. But I wasn't there to cause a scene; I just wanted to get out of that bank as quickly as I could. The lesson that I personally learned from that experience is that I will just use the next closest BoA, and thankfully there are as many branches of this bank in Orlando as there are Wawa and Starbucks locations. That manager really does need to take a step back and view herself from a different point of view and see what else in the branch could use some improvements.

Carlos Rodriguez1This place needs more staff, it closes way too early, it took 1 hr to be seen for what should have taken 30 minutes. What makes it worse is it has 1 teller on a friday telling out everything, 1 banker and 1 manager! What nonsense is this? Worse branch I have ever been to. If it wasn't for the fact that I work so close by I would never come here.

Ray Sanchez1Worst branch. Line out to the door and only two tellers working. bank of america is the worst bank ever. They are not customer service oriented. They guy by the doot asking for people to outloud say their social security number that any of us on the line could have wrote down.
