  My experience was terrible. The day before our closing, they told me in a very rude way “ well what do you want me to do, I don’t have an answer” I would like to emphasize that I was already with my family awaiting their response as I was moving from another city. Even though, the problem was solved two days after, after they failed to provide all the necessary documentation, we had to pay a fine which was based on the value of the house. Jean Carlos Briceno told us they will not be responsible for any extra charges. We had to pay extra hotel fees as well. We were able to close after all the mistakes we encountered. It is like when you hire an event planner and the day of the event, they tell you the cake and flowers are missing. We were very disappointed by the way his office handle our case, because we did everything in our part to have a smooth transition.

  Great service, very professional yet friendly service. This mortgage broker works hard to find you the best Interest rate available in the market. They offer a very integral service by recommending the very best professionals in the area for home appraisals, title companies, etc. This mortgage broker works hand by hand with the underwriter to speed up the process of gathering the required documentation easing this huge step for the home buyer. Another awesome thing I got by working with this company was they were available at all times to answer all my questions and explain how the process works from A to Z. Over all very recommended.

  Gustavo and his wife Vivian were nothing but a dream team, they worked tirelessly and I couldn't be more thankful for that. They were always available, willing to answer questions, constantly on top of things until we got the house we wanted and in budget, their attitude towards their job shows that they love what they do and care about their clients needs, I feel lucky I had them guide and help me, for sure I'll comeback to 1st Financial. Do yourself a favor and if you're thinking in buying a home call them, you'll thank me later.

  Great team here at 1st Financial! I recommend Adrien Tapia. Adrien literally walked me through each step of the process and made himself available for any question. I probably ask over 500 question, not once did he seem to regress his invitation to ask question. OUTSTANDING customer service provided.
