  The teller working there was the nicest woman I have ever met in my life. She was certainly looking after my best interests and I had no idea they could just print out checks on the spot like that. Chase Bank is so much better than the rest. They treat me like I own the bank!!

  This bank is super unprofessional! They let the phones ring until the voicemail answers even if they are not currently assisting other customers. I’m new to chase banking but this specific branch is putting out a terrible representation of the ENTIRE company.

  Worst branch ever. They are so slow to help the walk in customers. They are all the time in their phones or talking amongs themselves rather than helping the customers that are waiting in the lobby. Maybe they take their customers for granted given their location. The manager should make a note of this , for me it's the second they they waste more than 30 minutes waiting , let's see if they waste a 3rd day for me while they keep talking on the phone and chillaxing in their offices.

  This branch is totally mismanaged. Several trips and still not releasing funds. Over 3 hours to retrieve assets from safe deposit box.

  Nora is so rude and non professional. I have been a chase customer since 2003 and it’s firs time some one treated me very bad.

  This is the worst chase I have visited! I been here a lot of times because is very close to my home so it's not like a one time deal. They are short in staff and they are very slow compare to other chase banks i visited before.
