  Great customer service. Relentless on getting a review though. But, the loan process was quick and painless. Electronically signed documents and a courier that came to the house to get the wet signatures that they needed. No traveling costs for us as we were living in one state and buying some 4 states away.

  I have done my fair share of buying and selling homes, as well as refinancing a few an can, without any hesitation say that Edward Carlton and his Team are by far THE most professional and efficient group I have ever worked with. Communication is key for me when it comes to anything regarding my finances, and communication is what you get from this team. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to do so.   I'll start with the good thing about this company. They are prompt in their communication but thats about it. Rest everything is a mess, they do over commit and are not very efficient. Probably because of the first reason. In my case, they were not able to send me the final disclosure till the last minute, which was because they did not review the documents even after multiple reminders. UWs were asking for more documents which was not even relevant until the end and they do overcharge, probably because they know about lenders credit. I would say it was difficult time with them.

  Ed and staff are super efficient and extremely hardworking. They managed to close in less then three weeks (more then one week prior to our requested closing date) despite a hiccup with litigation against the HOA. Ed and his team are extremely knowledgeable and are true miracle workers! Thanks for your hard work!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

  Edward Carlton with Bayway mortgage changed our lives forever for the best, really our dream came true. A few years ago me and my husband started thinking about buying our first home and we had no idea how to do that and Edward Carlton helped us throughout the entire process.
