  I wish I had more stars to award!!!! Emily and Michael are far more than capable professionals. They are caring, compassionate people who understand how stressful buying and selling homes can be for mere mortals like me. They advised and guided me through the process of selling my home in Raleigh after I had bought a new home in Beaverton, OR. They helped me prepare my house, price it correctly, get it on the market quickly resulting in a signed contract 2 days after listing. In the process I feel like I gained 2 new friends. I wholeheartedly recommend 1Red Shoe Realty.

  Picture this: 2 first time homebuyers, 2 new jobs, 6 states to U-Haul through (yes, stress levels were high), dozens of FaceTimes and phone calls and the constant support of 3 amazing agents at 1Red Shoe Realty and this couple from New York bought a house! Finally moved in and we are so happy with not only our first home but with the 5 star service at 1Red Shoe. They were nothing short of communicative, honest and diligent even when we were looking at houses from states away. BONUS - they were all a lot of fun and so personable! Would highly recommend this team to anyone buying or selling a home.

  1 Red Shoe Realty is a fantastic group! Emily helped us buy our first house last summer when we moved to Raleigh from Michigan for graduate school. She was very open and helped us understand every step of the process of buying a house. With the market moving so quickly in Raleigh, she was always on top of things with contacting agents to see different listings that we liked and having great communication with us throughout the process of actually purchasing our home. She also gave us great advice to help us make a wise decision for our first home.   Buying a house can be scary, but Emily made it so effortless! She not only communicated with us every step of the way, but she also educated us and made us feel confident.   I would HIGHLY recommend 1Red Shoe Realty if you are in the market to sell your home! We worked with Emily and Amanda and they were absolutely awesome and helped us get an offer within 3 days of listing our house. We closed soon after and the experience working with these ladies was the best we have ever had when selling a house. We have sold eight homes over the years, so that is really saying something. Even though they didn't work with us on the buying end because we moved out of the area, I would have definitely picked them again for that as well. Emily and Amanda went above the call of duty and were always just a phone call away with any questions or concerns we had! Best home selling experience ever!

  Michael and Emily are amazing! I first met Michael about 7 years ago when my wife and I were buying our first home together.
