  Love this branch!! Every time I go in there the bankers are so friendly! The last time I just went in there I didn’t know I still needed to have an appointment but when I went in the VERY sweet Banker Kathleen took me to her desk without any hesitation and made sure everything that I needed to have done was taken care of! She went above and beyond for me and made me feel like she really cared about my needs! She made my day! Thank you Wells Fargo!!

  Made my first transaction at a local bank in a very long time. I was actually called by the manager of the branch, “Don”. He called to see how my experience was, it just went from a 4 to a 5 star. Well done Wells Fargo. Thanks

  Kathy the personal banker is the best! If you want great, efficient service ask for her. She has been such a huge help to my husband and I with all our financing and banking!   I was coming in to open a checking account because my application was denied online due to some typos. Annette helped me through the process and answered all my questions. She even helped me at the ATM due to some issues with my old card to deposit into my new account. Best experience I’ve had in awhile! Thank you so much Annette!

  I sat down to ask a question. After 10 minutes, two customers came in after me. The two bank representatives came out their cubicles twice and never acknowledged me. They greeted the two others as we all sat in the same area. And, of course they asked who was next and went to another customer who came after me. And, I notice they kept looking up but never acknowledging me. Guess my money not green enough. Who knows?!! MORGAN, great customer service, highlight of my experience.

  Tried to deposit cash into an account via the ATM. It ended up getting jammed. Went inside. An employee verified the amount and that it was diverted inside the machine. I was not allowed to receive the money. I was instructed to file a claim and that it could take up to 10 business days for it to be resolved. A request for claim to expedited was put in with no funds credited to me immediately even though the situation was 100% verified.

  This is my favorite Wells Fargo!!!!! I love the staff here. Always friendly and fun. I always get a sucker even though they are for the kids.

  Would give this fraudulent bank a zero if I could. Especially this branch but the one in Cape Carteret is awful also Dont bank with Wells Fargo.
