  I can't say enough on how professional and polite all the staff is here. The bank is spotless . I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Hayes for the second time and she is always eager to be of assistance.. What a delightful lady! I highly recommend this bank !

  This branch of Fidelity Bank is amazing. They pulled me away from one of the “big banks”. Best decision I made. The Staff is exceptional. They are courteous and very professional. Thank you!!

  Yall they are by far the best ladies to deal with. Charlotte and Renee were a pleasure to deal with. I could not of asked for better people to deal with my finances. They know how to relate personally and professionally with their customers to make them feel comfortable and right at home. To me that is one of the most important things when doing business.I will refer them specifically to each person that ask me what bank to use. Again thank you ladies.

  I couldn’t believe after many years as a depositor, it would take 3 weeks to process an important piece of business. I will be withdrawing my $110,000 in deposits. They don’t care about their depositors. As told by their CEO Mary Willis Right by You is their motto. It’s anything but that. Their fees are high and their staff is incompetent.

  I have been working with this bank for years. It has been a pleasure being able to work with such nice people! An the last two year they have help me get two PP loans, Charlotte was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend that evryone should use this bank!

  In response to the above review regarding looking for change from a bank where you do not have an account.and helping the community etc. ......... I also work retail and I have a bank about 100 feet from my establishment and they will not give me change as I do not have an account and that is their policy. I truly accept that and understand that is bank policy. I do not cry like the above wimp and look for rules to be broken that are set up by a business.This bank has been nothing but exceptional in the years that I have banked and the customer service is above extraordinary . The tellers and managers that are in place now are fantastic !! There is one woman there from NY , I believe who very nice also and always wears a smile. Tell the wimp to get change at his own bank !

  I love this bank! The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. Today Mrs. Debra went above and beyond with helping me. I plan to move all of my other bank accounts over to this branch.
