  We received very professional and helpful service on our first home purchase. Every question we had was answered quickly and efficiently. Zip Mortgage Inc. and all his team was easy to talk to and made sure we understood everything. It definitely helped that they have a bilingual team to make sure my father was kept in the loop during the whole process. They went above and beyond to make buying our first home an incredible easy and straightforward process! They were on the top of all emails, text messages, and phone calls. They were quick to respond if we ever had any questions, even outside of business hours. We could not have asked for better service. We will absolutely use Zip Mortgage Inc.in the future.   My husband and I received the utmost professionalism from Samuel when it came to selling and buying our new home. He gave us professional advise on what was best for our families financial situation. He answered all our questions and never once left us with any doubts. Cynthia works with him and she was just as professional and fast at emailing or texting for additional information. They did all in their power to make sure all went well. And even when we encountered some issues with the buyers of our home, Samuel was fast to run thoughts and options our way. All went well in the end and we will definitely refer them to family and friends.

  This is the second time Sam and Cynthia help us with our loan and both times have been a great experience. I always got answers and updates on our transaction. This second time around my family and me really wanted to close escrow on Friday to be able to move in for the weekend, we had been without fridge and most of our things so Sam drove all the way to San Diego to make sure our file recorded. Thanks to him we funded and recorded same day that we got loan docs. I would highly recommend Sam and his team. My family and me will continue to use him. Thanks for all your hard work.

  I am very grateful to have been assisted by Samuel and Cynthia whom made sure I had all questions answered no matter how small the question was! They were professional and adamant of making sure I understood what I needed to do every step of the way. This was my third time getting preapproved for a loan within the last year and a half and I was thankful that my agent Bertha Morales lined me up with Zip Mortgage once I came to her to look for homes again because Samuel explained various things that I did not know in my previous attempts with other Loan officers.   Sam and Cynthia were incredibly helpful from beginning to end when it came to buying our home. As a first time home buyer, I had a million questions everyday, and they both promptly responded and guided my husband and I through each step.   Can’t say enough. I had tried to refinance with Chase and after 2 weeks we were told they couldn’t, although our mortgage was with them and had never missed a payment or were late. So we tried another broker and he never got back to us after 2 weeks with all our info. I reached out to to our friend Esteban Quintero who referred me to Sam. Sam called me within 1 hour. He explained why it was a challenge to get a loan when you have a business. Sam and Cynthia were professional, courteous, patient and friendly. It was the best experience.

  I called Sam about a Refi. He was who I went through when I first bought my house in 2019. I didn't think he would remember me since it was a couple of years ago but when I called him he answered on the second ring and knew exactly who I was. We talked about how we have been (work, health, life) and then got down to numbers on the Refi right away. I got him my info he needed and he was able to get me what I was looking for. Cynthia was there to help guide me along the way and let me know what docs I needed to sign as they came in. Before I knew it, I had my Refi and am very happy with where I am at on my loan. Sam is an awesome guy to work with and I have no problem recommending his services to anyone I know. Thank you Sam and Cynthia for all your help. I truly appreciate it.
