  Lara and her team were amazing!! We tried working with 5 other lenders for an entire year and not one was able to get us approved for an FHA loan. Our case was extremely complicated and Lara got us approved and closed today! We are grateful to her and her team for taking on our loan as tough as it was! From the beginning she was terrific, professional and quick. I spoke with her on a Friday evening, submitted my paperwork and was pre-qualified by Monday evening. She took on my brothers loan which is a complicated one as well and we are so thankful for all her help and working with us!

  Laura was the best lending broker I have ever worked with. She took the time to explain how the complex world of mortgage rates work, what that meant for my loan, locked an amazing rate, and was able to pull strings to get everything to work out with a very complicated escrow.   Robert is the best to work with, he is not only excellent at what he does but he helps educate you along the way. He is always great to answer any questions I have and is so much fun to work with. I recommend him to everyone I know, he truly makes the loan go smoothly. I can not say enough good things about him!

  Lara was recommended to us at the 11th hour by our realtor. Our other lenders were either ridiculous in fees, slow to respond or practiced deceptive phrasing and/or moving numbers around on the sheet to make it like we were getting a good deal. But we were knee deep into the process with closing date approaching and felt stuck. Lara and her team expedited the loan process and educated us along the way with all our questions in a clear manner. We got great rates and fees and professional service. We only wished we met her sooner because we felt that she was knowledgeable, and loved to teach her clients about the confusing world of financial engineering. For someone who loves to learn, it would have been a bonus! We will be contacting Lara and her team for our next loan!

  Lara and her team are simply amazing. We are small business owners who wanted a mortgage to buy a home from our parents. It's tough getting a mortgage when you are a small business owner! Lara stuck with us for the ENTIRE YEAR it took us to finally close escrow on our home. She was our guide through the whole, confusing process and was so calm throughout it all!
