  I went in to get some information concerning a mortgage loan I previously had with them. I asked for help in obtaining specific papers and I was literally laughed at! I was totally taken off guard. I have NEVER experienced such a lack of professionalism or been treated so rude by a business! I was simply asking for help and the teller acted so putout and annoyed. If I could give them 0 stars I would! The ONLY time I expect to return is to close my accounts!

  I live in Coalville I've called this branch several times and they have never been able to help me. Today was my last straw when I called and offered to pay for 50 to 100 one page copies of something and Norma said, "We're not a copy center.. sooo....." and was not even attempting to be at all understanding of my situation when I have previously been to this branch and had to print out something because my printer at home wouldn't work, it was 50 pages (I didn't realize this as I only needed 1 page to sign) and they didn't charge me. But now I'm offering to pay you and you just are flat out refusing to help me. Thanks for nothing and treating me over the phone like I'm a complete imbecile. I'll make sure to never call this location for anything ever again.

  Forget calling as they never pick up the phone, Customer service sucks, several employees are grouchy AF & snoppy AF! First Bank in Morgan runs circles around them.

  What a wonderful bank. They give free candy and take my money. I would r8 8/8 for a gr8 bank

  Smaller branch so things move alittle slower here but less people to move.. Employees are nice.
