  I always have a great experience at the Española branch!. Employees are very friendly & understanding. I believe I’ve been a member for over 12 years and always had a good experience with this location. Thank you for always keeping me happy!😊

  I used to like Zia alot because they are there to "help" their client's, Lately I don't know if every person I talk to on the phone is in a bad mood, Don't like their job or are just straight out rude! They speak to you as if you are dumb and don't understand a thing!!! EXPLAIN BETTER!! Soon will be moving all my accounts to another credit union that does help you and will be glad to take my money!! ZIA YOU ARE FAILING!!

  Normally don’t give bad reviews but my experience sucked! Waiting almost half an hour to get seen. Then, I get the new girl she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Set up 3 accounts took almost an hour and a half. Now I have to go back and get documents she forgot to give me what the heck!!!

  VERY FAST, FRIENDLY, SERVICE IVE BEEN BANKING WITH ZIA GOING ON 15 YEARS!!! NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM, STAFF ARE ALWAYS SO HELPFUL, FAST AND FRIENDLY!!!! THANKS ZIA CREDIT UNION ESPANOLA NEW MEXICO FOR YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE!!!!

  I have had an account for over 10 years and I'm fed up. Their drive thru takes forever; if you go inside with a problem their rude; and don't even get me started on direct deposit.
