  Worst branch ever!!! Showed 3 different forms of identification cards and answered 5 questions that I never even heard of before. Just for them to tell me that this is not me. Went to branch on Post Oak and got in and out with no problems.

  This brand makes you open up new accounts telling you the old one is closed and they’re about to get sued especially that African American girl that be sitting there with that fake smile

  I have contacted this bank to close my account on more than on occasion, I have received no correspondence to tell me that my acct WAS NOT closed because there was a pending acct transaction of a monthly service fee on my acct. The funny thing is I was never told of a service fee. At the time of this request, they cancelled my debit card and restricted my online access. A deposit from another bank accidentally went there today and when I called I found out that the account that should have been closed was STILL OPEN. WOW what bank does that? I then ask to speak to a supervisor who smugly gets on a call and says "what would you like me to do for you," my response was I don't know what you can do for me I don't work for the bank. she pretty much said I will have to go to the bank to get a new debit card b/c I have funds being added to this acct next week and then I will have to call a third time to close it. Problems since I opened

  Have to be a regions customer to cash a regions bank check. Dont come here go to another branch if you actually need a real person. Pretty much renting the spot to advertise in the neighborhood. Ridiculous.

  I wish I could give a 0 star. Regions is the ONLY bank that holds your money for 7-14 days for a Company paycheck written on CHASE BANK. NOT just your money on the check-- the entire account is on hold until they see if its a real check?>??? what about calling chase Bank ? what about calling the check distributor- no they won't do this. DO not use this bank. Customer service sucks and no one knows anything. I am contacting the Media about this today.

  My banker Mariana is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I come in they always greet me with a smile. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

  I agree with every one star comment. I wish I could give a zero. Horrible customer service. At one location a Senior Financial Relationship officer started speaking very angrily with me When I didn't agree with her plan for an account my name is on. Needs to be removed immediately. Do not bank with these people. EVER

  Literally worst customer service ever, they can never tell you anything about where your money is. They can’t cancel checks. They can’t retrieve your money even if you didn’t make the payment. It’s a lot these people can’t do. I wish I never opened an account with this bank. The Greenway bank is the worst bank. You are better off not even opening an account. I’m tryna save you time and headache.

  Worst bank ever! Someone stole my card and ran up 1,100.00. Never got my money back after disputing the unauthorized charges! I asked them to invistigate by taking a look at the cameras. You can clearly see it was not me!!!! Do not bank here!!!
