  Zach is knowledgeable, reliable and a clear communicator. My husband and I were first time buyers, lived in a different state then where we purchased the home and are also from a different country (Europe). Zach took his time to teach us the market and the loan process, including all terminology and steps. Sometimes we asked the same questions and he never lost his patience. He was there for us anytime we needed. He was also very realistic with his feedback, straight forward. He made us comfortable, he never pushed us in any decisions, he communicated with us clearly when the market changed and went over every possible scenario with us.   If I could give higher than 5 stars for Chariot Financial I would. They changed my life by getting my Reverse Mortgage done. I vetted several other Reverse Mortgage Brokers. They had higher fee’s, and they were pushy. Not only did Zach take the time to explain it in a way I could understand but did it in a non pushy way. I felt comfortable going with forward with them. Leanne is extremely knowledgeable as well and has the experience to get over hurdles during the underwriting process and prepared everything for closing.

  Consumer beware. Zach Smith with Chariot has zero integrity and will take advantage of you at any chance. He thrives on having the upper hand and watch you squirm when he is in control. He is disrespectful and rude to his clients. He is not even able to admit when he is wrong and then points fingers. He has no ethics or morals. Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

  Chariot Financial strives to ensure the satisfaction of all that we work with. This is our top priority. This was a repeat client. We were trying to move the closing up two weeks from the original contract close date to accommodate this borrower's demand. However, we were not able to make the demand due to issues with the builder and instead closed the loan 9 days prior to the contract close date. We closed the loan at a below market interest rate. In addition, we offered a $2400 concession towards the closing costs because we had this family’s wellbeing in mind. We are committed to the 100% satisfaction of all that we work with and will continue to do all that we can to achieve this.
