  I couldn’t have asked for a better lender as a first time home buyer! Zach is incredibly experienced on all parts of the mortgage process and was able to simplify the details into a language I understood. It was a relief to find someone who was willing and eager to educate me on the process and answer my (very many) questions. Zach was patient, always response and attentive! He took care of all the paperwork while still updating me along the way. He worked tirelessly to ensure I was able to purchase my dream home. I would recommend Zach to anyone looking to buy, sell, or refinance! Zach is simply amazing!

  Zach was highly recommended to my wife and I by a good friend of ours and we could not be more pleased with our home loan.   I would highly recommend Zach to anyone who is looking for a mortgage. Zach was extremely responsive, polite & professional, and thorough. While it seemed like we were bothering some other brokers when we asked them questions or to explain a part of the process, Zach always was more than willing to spend the time to do so. Definitely contact Zach if you’re going through the home buying process.

I refused to sign anything I did not completely understand. Zach went out of his way to explain every detail. He was never annoyed. He seemed to enjoy my 3 hour Q&A sessions.   My husband and I want to thank Zach and his team for making our first home buying process so smooth! We looked at other people for our mortgage, but they always made us feel unimportant and rushed. Zach and his team did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable and the process seemed more personal! We wouldn't recommend anyone else!

  Zach and his staff at Prospect are great! They were super easy to work with and always responded quickly to any concerns that I had through my loan process. I bought my home on a short sale, which is naturally a more tedious process than a typical home purchase, but Zach and Molly made sure that I was always informed of the status of the loan process and up to date on any necessary documentation. They make sure that every 'i' is dotted and every 't' is crossed. Even now, Zach is still very helpful when I have questions about anything concerning my loan, such as taxes and escrow or payment schedules. I highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again in the future! Thanks!

  Everyone told me buying my first house would be a nightmare but my experience was much to the contrary. Zach was a quick and effective communicator who helped me through all of my first time buyer woes with ease. My specific case had some minor complications that ordinarily could have been pretty problematic but Zach assured me that they wouldn't stop us from getting the loan and he was true to his word. All in all a great experience and if I know someone needing help getting a mortgage, I'll definitely send them Zach's way.

  Zach is the best! I contacted several mortgage lenders for my recent house purchase and Zach made the decision easy.
