  Mick was awesome. We decided very suddenly to purchase a home that was, to put it mildly, a special case. He jumped on our request for paperwork needed to get an accepted offer, he skillfully guided us through the process, and he helped us close within a very tight deadline. He was super communicative and was quick to reply to emails, texts, and calls. He helped us find the best insurance, he worked hard to get us a great rate, and he and his team were efficient, polite, and SO easy to work with. Mick and team were ON IT 100%, and their seamless communications with us, the realtors, the estate, and the real estate attorney were professional and impressive. Would recommend 100%!

  THE BEST!!! They got me my dream house! I'm a self employed painter. This is my 5th house purchase. I wish I used them for the first 4 and will use them from now on. Based on my previous experiences, I wouldn't have qualified for this loan even with 20%down. It's very tough for self employed people to get loans. Mick Jewel was amazing and walked me through the whole process thoroughly. Even my closing attorney was impressed with my rates. Everybody at Sweetgrass was so easy to work with. I really doubt I would have been approved anywhere else. I'll be back very soon! Thank you Sweetgrass Capital!
