  Yvonne helped me purchase my first home and I cannot sing her praises enough! As a first time homebuyer my experience working with a lender was non-existant, so I made sure to pick someone with excellent reviews. I am VERY glad I chose Yvonne! From start to finish she was professional, prompt, kind and caring. At every turn she offered advice and reassurance. She was always available to answer my questions--no matter how foolish they were--and responded in a meaningful way to ensure my understanding. Her communication was top notch at every turn, and I was never left wondering where I was in the process or what was expected of me. Yvonne said more than once that she feels strongly about protecting her first time homebuyers, and I can 100% attest to that fact. You cannot go wrong choosing Yvonne!

  Yvonne was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend her work. I have worked with a lot of lenders/brokers over the years (15+ loans/refis in past 10 years) and I would easily place her pretty close to the top of the list. Where Yvonne really stood out was with communication, answering my questions promptly and keeping me informed with what was happening on her end. I had a somewhat complex ask - non QM loan - and she did a great job of listening to my situation and asking the right questions and ultimately clearly explaining the different options. She also had a kind/friendly demeanor and that really stood out as well that came thru as genuine as opposed to some of the "checking the box" niceties you get from others. I would definitely work with Yvonne again!

  Refinanced our home with Yvonne Marston’s expert guidance recently...and wow are we glad we did! Communication with Yvonne and her team was consistently professional, prompt and most efficient. Uploading documents via the FairwayNow app is a breeze and the remote process super helpful for busy professionals or those wishing to limit in-person contact. This dreaded chore was way easier than anticipated thanks to Yvonne who was magically available whenever needed to answer questions and offer the occasional needed nudge to bring us to closing.
