  Craig Barber and the whole team at Fairway are very helpful and made the process easy. Their portal allows you to upload documents and has checklists so you know what tasks/pieces you are missing. This is the second time I've worked with Fairway and recommend them to anyone who is either a first time homebuyer, or a refinancer, because I've done both with Craig. Good guy, I definitely recommend.

  I cannot say enough good things about Lucas McGary and his team at Fairway. Lucas was the perfect combination of knowledgable, professional, warm, and quick with a reply to my MANY questions. He understands the mortgage process and also understands how quickly you have to act in this housing market and he was always an email or call away with everything I needed (or didn't know I needed). Two friends recommended Lucas and I understand why. I look forward to passing on the favor of recommending him to many others.

  I really can't recommend Fairway and Craig Barber enough. Craig worked with us to figure out what our situation was, how we wanted to operate, and worked tirelessly to help us get into the right home, as well as assisting us with questions we had as we sold our current home at the same time.   Nick and his team are truly phenomenal! I was so impressed with how quickly he always responded to our questions as well as how genuinely he wanted to help. He, along with Ben and Deb, work extremely hard and I truly can't say enough positive things about them. They made our experience stress free and guided us along each step of the way, always happy to help with anything we ask an answering our questions in a clear and understandable way.   Fairway Independent Mortgage is reliable, quick, and convenient. They gave me a closing date and they were able to keep that date. They told me all the paperwork I needed to provide and provided a roadmap to loan completion that was easy to follow. I would use their service again in a heartbeat.
