  We met Kyle almost 5 years ago when we purchased our (first) home and he helped us secure our mortgage through his previous brokerage. For months I thought that I should be looking into refinancing our home to take advantage of the low interest rates available right now, but having never done it before, I didn’t know where to begin. Feeling overwhelmed, I put it off for months and months. I finally decided to look Kyle up on Facebook and found him at his new venture, X5 Home Loans. I checked out their website and found their super user-friendly refinance tool to get me started. The next day I received both an email from Kyle and a phone call from Justin, the Production Manager and before I knew it, the process was underway. Less than two weeks later, we closed our refinance! Justin and Kelsey were both fantastic to work with. Knowledgeable, thorough, energetic and courteous, the X5 team made the whole process exceptionally easy. We won’t use anyone else for our future home loan needs and neither should you.

  I worked with Jacob refinancing my home and he was exceptional. He is easy to work with and was very responsive to my phone calls and emails. I loved the ease of the whole process but most of all, his honesty and professionalism. I have already recommended him to two of my friends and will definitely use his services in the future when the time comes. Give him a call, you wont be disappointed!

  Jake and his team are incredible. I have seldomly met an individual who is so professional, responsive, kind, calm, humble, ambitious, motivated, easy to talk to, and truly "on top of it." Closing on a house is a big deal as a lot goes into it, and we wanted a team who we could trust, especially because we were coming from out of state (almost as far away in the U.S. you can be from NH). Throughout our professional lives, it has been hard to find professionals we could trust, whether they were in the same town we lived in or not. Yet, we couldn't have trusted Jake more. With our three hour time difference, he ensured we could still get a hold of him and understand what was going on each step of the way. He was transparent about what was going on throughout the process (something I incredibly appreciated), rather than us not hearing from him and guessing. Even though we had some twists and turns along the way with the closing timeline of our home (nothing to do with Jake's company), not once did Jake pass along any indication that he was stressed (even if he was, we never felt it - I don't know how the guy does it)! Additionally, I ask A LOT of questions. Some people get short when too many questions are asked - but not Jake; he's the opposite. Jake would thank me for asking questions as "it made sure he was knowledgeable on the topic, and if not, he'd learn about it, too." Jake was thorough with answering all of my questions, and if I ever had a question he wanted to check on before answering, he would let me know and get back to me in a timely manner. We are so incredibly lucky and thankful we got to work with Jake during not only our first home purchase, but our first home purchase out of state. I wish I could use Jake on every closing for the rest of my life (I think he may have ruined us if we have to work with anyone else (due to location) because of how skilled he is - it truly is hard to find)! Thank you, Jake! We are truly so blessed to have worked with you. TL;DR: Jake and his team are THE BEST. You will be so, so happy you went with him!

  Jake made me comfortable from the start. He was easy to work with and guided me along through the process of home buying. At one point I was a little frazzled, but he was always available (seemed like 24/7) to answer my questions. He sent emails to let me know what was coming up next and sent reminders to keep me on course. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated his straight forward manner. I put my trust in Jake and he worked hard for ME. I couldn't have had a better experience. I would highly recommend Jake and his team to others. I can't believe I'm now a home owner. Thank you Jake!!

  I have learned buying a home can be a very emotional process. Jake was a great advocate to get me a great deal. He was able to negotiate deals I didn’t even know were possible. When having trouble getting specific forms from my place of employment, Jake met me at my place of employment to guide me in getting the correct documents for my loan. It can be very hard to be patient and trust the process but in doing so X5 Home Loans was able to do most of my loan for me. For me that was very important because I work nights as a nurse with shift differentials. I had a very time consuming and unique loan with my “variable income”, however Jake was able to take it on and get me to the closing table two months before I needed to close.

  X5 is awesome. Jake made our experience buying a new home terrific. Assisted us with helpful hints!!! with selling our other home. Jake and our realtor Abby were a fantastic team to work with.   Kyle Beetle and Kelsey Dumont of X5 Home Loans were amazing to work with! They made the process incredibly easy for us. With regular updates we knew exactly what was needed and where in the loan process we were. Not to mention the amount of time that they both took going above and beyond to ensure that we closed on time. Both were incredibly patient when it came to explaining the refinancing process to us as well. I would highly recommend this team to anyone that is looking to finance or refinance their property!
