  If my wife and I could give more than 5 stars we would! Being first-time homebuyers and knowing practically nothing about the process, had us nervous on what to expect. From the start, Yvette explained the process from beginning to end, with many examples and possible scenarios. In detail, she discussed the importance of a pre-approval, how it is effectively done, and assured us that throughout the whole process we would be well informed. More importantly, she was personable and welcomed all and any questions that may arise so that we had peace of mind. We will be recommending Yvette and her professional services any time we know someone will be going through the process because she made a very nerve-racking experience as smooth as can be. Yvette, thank you for everything. We will always be grateful for your help in this process.

  When I found a place that I wanted, Yvette was professional all the way. I had to submit documents, of course, but, when the receiver kept losing them and asking for the same 26 pages, it got ridiculous. Yvette, intervened and let the receiver know that they needed to be responsible and keep up with the financial reports they kept asking for and to use only the most important pages that detailed financials. I was impressed because she solved a problem that could have led to my using someone else - not that it would have been her fault - but the fault of the underwriter. Yvette is personable, professional and polished. She'll give you her best - every time!
