  I used Mortgage Masters several years ago to refinance my home. The process was so easy and it was done sooner than expected. Recently we purchased a new home and again Jim and his team were amazing. They are on top of everything and the whole process was so smooth. They make it so simple to submit documents and I was kept up to date daily. Best home loan experience ever. Thank you Jim and team.

  Jim Modar and Joey Evans with Mortgage Masters were magnificent to work with on my refinance in the summer of 2021. They are both very responsive and make the refinance process easy on the client. They have definitely earned the name Mortgage Masters with the work they were able to complete in my multiple refinances in the Greater Bay Area. i would highly recommend working with this group.

  HIGHLY suggest Jim Modar and team! I have worked with him on multiple mortgages now (in different states as well) and he continues to think outside of the box each time. We were able to close in 10 days the last time and he was able to rework the numbers in creative ways to give us a lot of financial flexibility options on what we wanted to do.   Joey and Jim are an amazing team! They walked us through the process of buying our first home step by step and gave us all the options along the way. They kept checking in even when all of their work is done. No matter what we needed they had the answers or knew who to ask. There is no doubt in my mind, when you use Mortgage Master for your new home you are part of the family for life.   My husband and I bought our first home this year. I could have never imagined how stressful that could be. We spoke to a few companies in trying to get our home loan together just to be hit with horrible loan options and ridiculously high interest rate with payments that we just could not afford. Mind you my husband and I had credit scores in the high 700 and low 800s. We began to think we wouldn't actually be able to buy which was heartbreaking. Then I spoke to a friend/realtor who told me to contact Jim Modar from Mortgage Masters of California. Let me just say he was absolutely amazing!! I learned that the companies we were speaking to were not giving us the best loan uptions for our personal situation. Jim was able to get a a 30 year fixed conventional loan at a rate that was almost 2% lower than the other offices we spoke to. On top of getting us a great loan within the payment bracket we wanted he was also there at any time we had a question. Just a phone call or text away. I literally text him at 9:00 pm with questions and he gave me a call right away. I would 1000% recommend this company if you are looking for great people to help in your journey of home buying and really want the best rates.

  The team at Mortgage Masters is top notch and I highly recommend them. We recently completed our second loan with them - one for a new home and one refinance - and we couldn’t be more satisfied. They are very competitive and got us a great rate. They live and work locally and know the area well, providing expert advice and council in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Both Jim and Joey are consummate professionals and a pleasure to work with, including meeting with us at our convenience and on a weekend.   Jim and Joey were great. They did my original home loan and recently helped me refinance my mortgage. They contacted me to tell me the rates dropped and by the time I met with them they already had options printed out for me to look at. The way they break it down to you is amazing and doesn’t seem so foreign. They are both extremely nice, great customer service and will always work around your schedule. That is exactly what you want from mortgage brokers and without a doubt I would highly recommend them.

  Joey has been 100% amazing and patient during the whole refi process. Between waiting for me to work on my credit and helping me every step of the way. He has been on point on communication and letting me know what else he needs and what the next steps are. Honestly stress free process. Him and Jim are amazing.
